Amazing service, friendly, fast and on time everyday. Took the team only 3 days to rip everything out, install and finish our kitchen and bathroom reface. They were also extremely understanding when it came to a curious cat that stole screws, jumped on counters and generally bugged them the entire time 10/10 would recommend.

December 2019. I ordered a desk to be made at New Face Cabinetry. Owner Rob came out quickly to measure my space and discuss options and prices. He was right up front about everything. When the desk was ready, Rob contacted me and we set up a delivery time. Technician Chris arrived with the desk, said hello and prepped the room carefully for delivery. He helped me move small items from the space the desk was to occupy and placed a protective covering on the hardwood floor. He brought the desk from the van in sections and assembled it. I offered help but he was fine on his own. When finished, he called me in to see the finished product. Not only did it look sharp but Chris and moved all my computer equipment, monitors, printers to the desktop and assembled them. He'd hidden the modem and the power bar inside the cabinetry as well. There were a minimum of wires to be seen. I was very happy! I am delighted with the end product but also with the whole process from start to finish. Owner Rob Howland sets the tone for the company and everything that was done, from our first meeting to the final assembly of the desk was top notch! I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing a desk or other furniture made.

Rob was helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough as he advised me of the available options. Rory (installer) was amazing, and precise. We were thoroughly pleased with the results of our kitchen cabinet re-face by NewFace Cabinetry. From the detailed quote to the finished job, we were impressed with the professional way we were kept informed and the job was completed on time and actually came in less than we expected. It was roughly 1/3 the cost of replacing the cabinets and one would be hard pressed to know the difference. We had bought our house with a kitchen that someone had decided to paint the oak cabinets black. The doors were in constant need of repainting because of chips and they were extremely dark. We liked the configuration of the kitchen and did not want to replace the quartz countertop if not necessary. Rob included an estimate for new counters if we decided to. He suggested we wait to see what they looked like with the new white cupboard doors. With the new cabinet doors and hardware, the countertop looks great! The new white “Shaker” cabinet doors along with a new crown molding, new cabinet ends, kick boards and new “Shaker” profile fronts on the peninsula have given us a “New” and brighter kitchen! We rarely have to turn the lights on during the day anymore!. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chris, Rob, and their awesome crew to anyone looking to ‘upgrade’ their cabinets. We still get positive comments from visitors about how bright and modern our new kitchen looks. Thanks NewFace Cabinetry for for a wonderful job!

Rob helped us clarify our needs, gave us a detailed quote, kept us informed, and coordinated the tradesmen needed to have the work completed on time. We were happy with the careful Installation by Chris and Rory , who checked with us at each stage and worked in a very professional manner. NewFace, has replaced dated doors, added cabinets and new kickboards, and provided some interesting finishing touches. Now we have a more functional and updated kitchen that is a joy to work in.

Extremely happy with the service we received from NewFace Cabinetry. Our project required new countertops, enlarged island, new sink and appliances. We also needed to update some cupboard doors, add a few cabinet boxes and install some big beefy drawers all matching existing cabinetry. Rob has so much experience with countertops that he was able to give us advice and fully understood what the look was that we were after. After measuring and drawing it was just a matter of time before the new cabinets were ready and installation began. Chris was the installation professional and had to make several trips over a couple of weeks while we waited for countertops to come from the countertop people. Everything worked out perfectly and we couldn't be happier. We highly recommend NewFace if you're considering a kitchen renovation.
