Such a great business to deal with during a difficult time. Mel and Jason were so professional and kind after my car accident and made everything as easy as possible for me while my van was being repaired. They offered a nice curtesy vehicle, cleaned my entire van while in the shop, inside and out, and even went out of their to pick up and drop off my van when I couldn’t make it into the shop. The van repaire was seamless and it looks brand new!! Thank you Georgia Straight!

Well another awesome experience. These guys went above and beyond what was discussed with them and I could not be happier. Went in for just some touch up paint to fix some rust spots on my rear bumper. They weren't happy with how it was going to turn out so they sand blasted my entire rear bumper and repainted the entire thing. How can I not continue to keep going to this place. Highly recommend

My brand new vehicle has an argument with a car wash and lost. But, the service team made the repair painless. The personnel were professional, polite and person centered; especially Melanie. In addition, my SUV was repaired to it's original luster. The only concern I have is around timing. When it was determined that my car was not going to ready as arranged; due to power outages at the shop, a call would have been appreciated. I could have rearranged my plans that day.

I had never filed an insurance claim before but GSC made the process super simple straight forward! Melanie and Jason are both great to talk with and they had me sorted with an appointment within 5 minutes of being there. Great customer service - They dealt with my claim and made sure all was good, answered any questions I had and also called me with updates. Took my rav 4 in for some front end damage last year and received get customer service and excellent job on my repair. Then this week had to get the hood fixed after a large tree branch fell on it during our recent snow storm in January. Was greeted warmly and they remembered me which was impressive. They have booked me in for repairs and i have good faith it will be done right again. Would highly recommend the team here.
