I had the misfortune of damaging both doors on the passenger side on my car ????. My husband had a fender bender a couple of years previous and had the repairs done with Courtenay Collision, excellent job, excellent service so back we went with my car. My car has a unique colour and I was nervous about the matchup, well I did not have to worry at all???? again excellent job excellent service. Couldn’t be happier. Upon entering my vehicle I was tickled to find a 2022 calendar, a note pad and some chocolates! Thank you so much.

Just picked up my car I am so beyond grateful that I read the reviews and took my Madza 3 here for an ICBC claim for a bumper repair. Sean was so friendly and knowledgeable, I really appreciated the customer service from start to finish. I also had a tail light leak which was not part of the original claim, and Sean and team repaired it at no extra cost (actually they fixed a previous shop's poor job). Not only that, but my car was shiny and spotless, they used some left over paint to fill in another dent that was not part of the repair AND left me some chocolates in the cup holder inside. Thank you for the above and beyond service and your integrity in the work that you offer, what a great way to end my 2021!

Stopped in briefly to ask about someone looking at a scratch we had along the passenger side wheel well, one of the guys came out and took a rag to the truck and within milliseconds had the scratch gone. I was absolutely delighted with how quickly they helped us, given we stopped in to another collision repair place just a few doors over and they asked us to come back next week, that they were too busy. A+ service, would certainly recommend and will go to see them if we need more work done!
