Sham is an appropriate term to describe the massage services offered here. Despite arriving 5 min late myself, I waited another 10min for the girl (who looked like she was in dire need of a spa treatment herself) to clean the room. When I entered the room, the floor was wet. She then gave me literally 2 minutes to undress and lay on a massage bed lined with paper sheets under a paper cover; even the door was paper-thin, given the conversations I was able to hear in the spa reception. Despite asking the therapist to emphasize my shoulders and upper back, she gave me at best a lackluster rubdown with copious amount of oil which lasted 35min. I complained to the receptionist upstairs, who replied in so many words that the salon had no control over the quality of the "spa" services offered downstairs. I bought Groupon that offered 2 massages; it's not even worth my time to redeem my 2nd massage.

Service with Donatto is amazing. He is a fun person to talk to and very funny, makes you laugh a lot. They also wash your hair after a cut(for guys) so you dont have hair lingering around after your cut ????

Super bad hair dresser. The customer service was horrible as well. You don't get the colour that want and you pay 103$. An old woman called Cheri works there that will destroy your hair literally with her old methods.

This salon was recommended to me by a friend. Max (the colorist) did SUCH an amazing job, I'm in love with the way my hair turned out! He's hands down the best and the most professional colorist there is! I walked in with brassy yellow hair and left a perfect platinum blonde without any damage to my waist length hair. I never had so many compliments as I did after my visit with him. I literally had people I didn't know come up to me telling me how great my hair looks. I sincerely recommend Max if you want to turn your dream hair into reality. Trust me, you won't regret it! P.S. The prices are super affordable too! I paid a fraction of what I used to pay at the other salons!

Went in for a mani pedi with a couple of friends a few days ago. There is a sign in the front window that says there is a mani-pedi special for $37 however, it only says in the TINIEST PRINT that this offer expired in 2017. So naturally we asked about it and were told they raised their prices since then but will give us “a deal” and make it $42 for both. We accepted but were confused as to why the hell they would have a sign in the window with an offer that expired 2 years ago. Although the lady who did mine was very kind and did an excellent job, the other two ladies who were taking care of my two other friends were being very rude. They were on their phones half the time. They then made a point of saying “you don’t understand what we’re saying but we understand what you’re saying” (we did not say anything about them or what they were doing at all by the way). It was obvious they were talking about and making fun of us in their native language and I found that completely rude, inappropriate and disrespectful. As we were leaving we overheard them saying they got “screwed over” by us simply because we asked about the sign in the window. I do not recommend this place unless you wanna be laughed at in another language and made to feel cheap.

Awful work. I went there my hair was looking good but i wanted balayage ombre, Mariana, so called hair "professional", looked very confident and treat us very well, but after what she did at my hair i was pist off! She darkened my roots to black shade i was blonde! I told her it was not what i requested, she tried again and made a mess at my hair! And charged much more than what the price was set before! I was so angry i coudn't even speak, i paid and left full of regret i trust her to do my hair, my hair it's all aneven colored, dark root, yellow ends, dry, it's pretty much distroid, i was so ashamed to walk on street i covered it with a tissue! Stained hair. I would never recommend anyone to come there. I was a complete decepointment.

DON’T GO THERE Félice did my hair ( balayage) ! I hardly see the difference and after she washed my hair, she told me her shift is over so she gave me a brush and just left, i had to brush and dry my hair myself! Plus, they told me it would be 130 at the most and it was actually 175

Sonya is the best colorist ever. After years of seeing all sorts of people in different salons with hair burnt often, as my hair is fine, SONYA knows what she is doing. Highly recommend her. She listens and is very friendly.

Tried this salon a couple weeks ago because the reviews were generally positive and it was near my workplace. My haircut was perfectly fine (I only needed a trim), but I thought the price was very high for the experience. When I pay $80 for a haircut, I expect a true "spa" treatment... a quiet atmosphere, maybe a scalp massage with the shampooing, something "special" about the salon. The lady who shampooed my hair was unfriendly and I felt very rushed. The salon is huge and loud. It just didn't feel very "spa" to me. Like I said, my stylist did a good job on the haircut.

When I asked for Mariana the reception told me she is new and have little experience and put Feri instead of her. I went today and made highlights on my hair the result was terrible, my hair was burned from the middle of it, and the color was awful like the ancient redish color. Every body saw that.

I had the worst haircut experience, my hair was cut uneven in length and layers are horrible cut in bulks and now that its too short I went to another place to get it fixed they told me that I should wait until its long enough. I don't know how people who has no attention to detail become hairdressers in such fancy salon. Now Im stuck with a horrible haircut and am reminded of this situation every time I look in the mirror :(
