J&A Collision in Cornwall is amazing!!! I dropped my car off at 8:30am yesterday and they drove me into work and had it all fixed up and ready to go by the time I was done work. They charged a very affordable rate and they cleaned inside and outside of my car for free! Amazing! I highly recommend them if anyone needs auto body work done on their vehicles!

Excellent service! Had called a few places due to a problem with a tail light assembly installation, they all wanted to charge me $50 to $60 for the work . I called and explained my problem with the installation, they said come on in, we're not going to charge you for that. Special thanks to Eric for the work done!

Had the front bumper replaced on my vehicle. Not only did they do a fantastic job, they also washed the exterior and detailed the interior. My vehicle looks great! Only minor issue was that they were to call me with a price to do a little extra work and I had to call them instead. Not a big issue so still 5 stars for service.

insurance ask me to bring my car there for repairs. only half the job was done, scratch my window tint and done the worst allignement on my car. i still have close to 4k worth of damage under the car and blame it on worn parts... Ive got proof and will sue this shop!!!

My experience at j&a body shop was horrible, my car was hit 4 months ago in a parking lot, the company who hit my car paid for the job and recommended j&a to do the work as that is who they deal with (must happen enough). Upon first recieving my car it looked great from far but was far from good, i received the car on a friday, and by the time i noticed the quick job they were closed, so the following monday i went in to explain my concerns ( bumper did not fit right, tail lights did not line up, paint drip marks all over bumper/quarter panel, and when putting the bumper back on chipped paint on quarter panels) they assured me it would be done right and “don’t know how it left like that” After another week of not having my car i get it back and all is good, bumper is straight, tail lights aligned, paint is good etc... Fast forward 4 months, the tail light that they replaced had 0 clips in tact, only the 1 screw was holding it in until it broke and fell out, paint is peeling in quarter panels so i went back again for again to have my car fixed again because it was never done right, upon arrival they listened and assured me again everything i was concerned about is going to be taken care of They plastic welded the mount point back onto the tail light, scratched and split the seal on it so now its full of condensation and fills with water when it rains, “tried” to hammer out the dent in my car that should have been done the FIRST time, and again, chipped all the paint on the quarter panel when putting the bumper back on I highly recommend bringing your car somewhere else, this kind of carelessness is not what i wanted for my car, now im left with something that looks sub par and have to pay out of pocket to get done right somewhere else.

I took my car recently to J&A for a front bumper replacement. The service was amazing. They looked at the car on a Friday gave an appointment for Monday and by Thursday the car was finished. Picked it up and the car looked great. Also they detailed the car inside and outside which I have hadn't had done by a body shop before if they weren't repainting the entire car. Great place ic you need repair work.

FANTASTIC experience! I was working with Matt and he was phenomenal. And TJ was amazing too! The body work that they did is perfect. They buffed and repainted the front and back bumper... they look brand new! I wanted to do the whole car now lol. And they fixed a rust spot on the side fender. I had a short turnaround for the job to be completed and they did this big job quickly and on time. I would recommend them to anyone!! Great experience!
