Winners is winners but the lady at the jewelery counter is very rude didn't want to acknowledge me at all Everytime I spoke to her or asked for something she acted like she didn't hear me when standing beside my wife and when she spoke she responded promptly I won't be back to that location again.

Smaller than usual store. The staff was very nice but did not have good selection. I went to get some jewellery and could not find what I was looking for. Pros: store is fairly empty on weekdays so you can shop around without being bothered much.

This particular location of Winners never has much of the real designer brand cothing. Particularly for Menswear. The accessories section is also a little scant and the housewares items are limited. If you have the time to make a 10 minute drive, go to Heartland Town Center for a better overall Winners location.

Finally we have Winner's and Home Sense under one roof. Excellent idea. Unfortunately, it's the worst managed and most unhygienic of all locations. We're in the middle of the pandemic and they do no cleaning if the washrooms. Walmart is better at cleaning. I complained to the manager about the filthy condition, and she said, they clean it every morning. How disgusting! You clean public washrooms every hour. I think head office needs to change the managers.

This winners is usually calm and not so packed, and the items are usually laid out neatly. They used to have a better selection of clothing and shoes but the style has changed. Occasionally you will find a nice catch, but it is not easy.

So tired of waiting in line here to pay! Doesnt management understand the value of a customer's time? They always have several staff working on returns behind the counter, and 1-2 cash open. I have dropped my items and left many times

First time at this combined Winners and Homesense location. I would definitely return. I found a few items I wanted and enjoyed the experience. I would suggest turning down the speed on those big fans as it seems like a door is open when standing in their vicinity.

Brand new store and line up's for the first week or so. Everything is well laid out and easy to find. I like that their inventory is always being restocked, but my advice is to buy the item(s) right away, as they may not be there the next time you visit. All 8n all, a pleasant shopping experience.

I feel like a winner when I shop here ???? seriously. I always find what I want for kids wear. Womens wear is hit or miss. Often its stuff that looks stretched out or way too big. Sometimes I find something I like. Great selection on home decor too. Can be priced similar to shopping at Michael's for home items (a bit high)

Thieves. About a year ago they sold me a clothing item, did not give me a receipt for it and when I realized the item was too small I went to return it and they said something along the lines of "we don't even sell this item" and acted as if I stole it and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will never be shopping at this place again. Absolutely reprehensible customer service.
