The line was enormous at 630. Understandable. the cashiers kept calling for backup as it was clearly needed. There was one Male employee in the mens section that I had previously asked a question to, and got a one word answer from this big shot who i guess felt that his position as a manager at winners gave him the right to feel that I was a peasant and how dare i speak to his majesty. I let it slide because maybe this 5 ft 6 middle aged man who had more hair gel in his hair today than I've ever worn in my entire life, needed to tell himself he was better than someone. Now I'm waiting in line with the 30 other people who just want to pay for their merchandise and get the hell out of winners, hearing the calls for backup over the PA, and who do I see? King hair gel himself hanging pairs of pants on the end of an isle at the speed of smell not 10 ft from the massive line. I can only assume that jumping on cash to better serve the customers was so beneath this guy that even the thought of it made him sick. The young girl at the cash who checked me out informed me that his name is John and he was in fact the manager. This poor girl was working as hard as she could to help all the people in line and was clearly tired, yet she was still able to smile, treat her customers with respect and friendliness. All while the big shot manager John couldnt be bothered to do anything other than look busy. I dont know who gave this guy this job but whoever it was made a huge mistake. This is the last time I'll be shopping at this location. As the manager made it very clear, I not good enough to be in his presence..

The employers are mean. I worked here and i had to resign after three weeks because of circumstances. Before i was leaving, the employer (Alfredo) said "thank you for your dishonesty" in front of everyone in the lounge. I was humilated and hurt. I did not do anything wrong or dishonest, i just wanted to resign because of certain circumstances but i get his negative behavior in response (even when i expected kind words). Dont work for this store.

Love Winners and this location also has a huge home section too - it's pretty much half and half, almost like having a HomeSense on one end and a Winners on the other end. They recently renovated and rearranged where things are though, so when you walk in the cash register is no longer to the right, it's sort of in the middle of the store. Like every visit to this store, you never know what you might find, so do not go looking for anything in particular but just browse with an open mind.

I've been to this Winners a handful of times and every single time I've gone here I've been pleasantly surprised with the selection they have compared to other stores and how clean it is and easy it is to navigate compared to the winners that's closer to me. It's not as busy compared to other stores for me that means it's easier to find what you're looking for and you don't feel like you're rushed to go through the aisle that you're looking through. Speaking of that the aisles are wider than a few of the other ones I've seen so it doesn't feel like you're going to bump into somebody in the next aisle. There's always a good amount of cashier's working at a time tequila with what would seem like a long line but it does move quite quickly and their return policy is very good as well

This used to be one of my favorite locations. Unfortunately, lately the customer service and mannerism has diminished. Starting with the managers, they way they speak to people, tone used and facial expressions. A lot of attitude even if you just call the store. Being open and closed due to covid and another closure possibly on it's way, should we not try to be happy we are open for this period of time. This was not just a one off visit. This has been continuous for the last 4 visits on different days and times. I do hope there is a turn around as this attitude comes from management all the way down.

This winners has a ton of great products and brands, and I found a bunch of great deals that I took home. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is that they wouldn't do an overnight hold for on a few items. I've shopped at quite a few different locations and haven't ever had any problems leaving things on hold over night, and most of the winners locations i frequent know that I always come back to pick those items on hold. (And its not do to Covid 19). I even spoke with the store manager and explained i just put 2 items on hold at heartland location without problem.

There are damaged clothing article on the hangers. I have pointed them out to the worker and she said she will remove it right away as she was right there and showed it to her. I came back 20 minutes later and it was still there. The day before l have bought a top. Got home and checked it. Noticed some treads on the back. As I looked closer, I noticed that there was a hole that was taped from inside. That was really disappointed and angry as that was supposed to be a Christmas present. Have I had not inspected it carefully I would have been very embarrassed. Cannot believe that a sort owner or manager would allow that. Other the that, I do like the store. Most prices are reasonable. Most.... There are some things that are priced way too high, like winter jackets. I went on line and found the same jacket in another store for 30% cheaper.

I have yet to go to this Winner's at a time that it has been adequately staffed. If you are planning to do a quick shop... do not go here. There is ALWAYS a long line at the cash and they never have enough cashiers to accommodate for the lines. This winners needs to work on their scheduling because it is TERRIBLE.

Decent prices, though too often now I've found a problems with the fabrication of the clothing after wearing it at home, making me realize Winners is a liquidators for stuff that didn't sell in other stores. Such as shirts with an odd stitch that wrinkles in a particular spot. Or dress pants with a hook for a button that easily comes undone. Shoes that I only realized after buying that are the correct size but are just slightly too narrow after wearing them for more than 5 minutes. Everything is wearable. But you get what you pay for.

Was there this evening ( September 15th) the manager with black hair and tattoos was so disturbing. She was throwing the carts around so roughly and loud. I was standing in line and the baby that was infront of me started screaming because she was pushing the carts so roughly and she might as well threw them out the window lol the way she was doing it. The line was very long so many people and we all went quiet just watching this "manager" startled everybody by pushing the carts away it was so loud and disturbing the way she did it . It was soo loud that even the cashiers stopped what they were doing . I don't think scaring babies and making them cry is part of your job description and I hope you put the carts away a little more quietly next time!
