Sergio and his group did an amazing job on my one-bedroom condo. They were professional, the quoted price was accurate, and they finished earlier than expected. They took the utmost care in protecting my furniture and were courteous to lay down my mattress so I could stay in my apartment. Sergio went above and beyond by returning months later to install a shelf that was taken down during the crown moulding installation. I would give him 10 stars but the maximum is 5. I have recommended him to all my friends, family and real-estate agent.

I've hired Sergio at Renovated-Home multiple times now. I found him when looking for WSIB-insured popcorn ceiling removal in Toronto. I hired them again recently to install crown molding for LED lighting. I found both his prices and quality of work hard to beat. My only "complaint" is that, since word has spread about this business, they are often booked solid. If they can fit you into their schedule, don't bother looking anywhere else!

I could not be more pleased with the overall experience. The job was started, completed and cost exactly as discussed. Sergio was completely professional and the quality of the work was amazing. I also appreciated how cleanly he worked. He did the last 2 remaining rooms in our house that needed popcorn removal and crown molding installation. The previous contractor did an OK job quality wise, but the mess they left behind was unbelievable. I'm just sorry I hadn't heard of Renovated Home when we started the work. I would give 10 stars if I could! They show up on time, are polite and pleasant. The work area was sealed from the rest of the house with plastic sheets. Floors were completely covered with paper. Minimal dust as a result of the work. Work was on schedule and on time. Ceiling looks amazing. Could not be more pleased!

Renovated Home removed the stucco ceiling in our hallways, living room and family room. Sergii and his associate arrived at our house at the designated time and completed the work with the quoted time period. This is a messy process however Sergii used a festool machine connected to a vacuum to sand off the stucco and also to sand the skim coat plaster. As a result, the mess was far less than we expected and the end result was excellent. We were so pleased with the work that we hired Sergii to install and paint crown molding in two of our rooms. Again the result was excellent. We would certainly recommend Renovated Home to anyone needing a stucco/popcorn ceiling removed or MDF crown molding installed.
