I had a fantastic experience with Neil and the team at Carstar Oakville East! My repair was fairly minor, but they gave me a competitive quote and shuttle service to/from home. The quality of their work is exceptional - you'd never know there had been any damage - and best of all, my car was completely cleaned inside and out. They even gave me a little bottle of touch up paint! I highly recommend Carstar Oakville East for any repair work - you'll be very pleased with the result!

Service was great, my car was repaired in 2 days. They even cleaned my car inside out! I was really satisfied until the Carstar head office kept calling me for survey. I said I was satisfied and I didn't have time to do the survey since they kept calling when I was at work. I said I will leave a google review but they are still calling me!! seriously stop calling. It is so annoying. I would've given them 5 star but -1 because of the head office.

I got a quote on a small dent above my rear tire. They were very professional and courteous. I was paying for the repair myself without insurance, they said it was going to be expensive. The quote was for $4,900 and would take 12 days to fix. I figured, ok, but better get a second quote just in case. Went around the corner to Royal Synergies Collision Center and got a quote for the same dent. It was $1,900 and would take 4 days. I was very surprised that Carstar was more than double than the other quote I got. I guess if you are going through insurance it doesn't matter... but if they are charging double the cost it should be, all of our insurance rates are going up because of it. Beware of being over charged here and get a second or third quote!! Royal Synergies did the fix on time and on budget. They did great work!

CARSTAR representative gave me $600 higher estimate for the same body work on my car than 2 other companies close by. After I asked why the labour price is so high the representative asked me " What would be good price for you?" I found it was very unprofessional and disappointing.

Phil and the team were communicative and responsive to my requests for updates (due to COVID-19 parts shipping delays). On pick up, my Jeep looked brand new-- perfect body/paint job, washed exterior, cleaned interior/tires, etc. These were nice touches and a pleasant surprise. I noted a tiny scratch and Phil was quick to polish it on the spot to ensure that I left completely happy. And their COVID-19 precautions were also great (wrapping your steering wheel/seat, etc. so you know everything is sanitary). Overall, great customer service - I would recommend this place for your car repair needs.

The only one in Hamilton that I know the location of is at the intersection of Gage and Beach road.One thing that I can guess is that the Oakville location is probably more costly.There was something about them I think maybe A couple of years ago don't quote me on that friends OKAY.please.?????!. Neil and his team are courteous, professional, thorough and their finished product always meets or exceeds our customers expectations without exception. We had a reminder of just how good they are when our customer shuttle was involved in a collision recently. The insurance company asked where we wanted the vehicle taken to and without hesitation we said "Car Star Oakville East" With one simple phone call to Neil he was prepared to receive our vehicle and knowing full well that it was our company customer shuttle with graphics he immediately contacted the company responsible for the graphics to prepare them for receiving the vehicle once his work was complete. We received the vehicle back in just a weeks time, having had the front fender and driver's door replaced as well as new graphics installed and the quality of work of course is second to none. Let me tell you people. Neil and his team are AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. First the place is sooo clean everytime I went there always cleaning and so organized. The front staff always smile on there face always made me feel comfy oh also had good laughs also. Neil is amazing I don't know much about cars and when I was asking questions he answered and explained to me to where I understood everything he said (which is good because I know nothing about cars bahahaha). Neil and his staff went up and beyond for my car they painted some parts wow matched it perfect perfect. They kept the car perfect on the inside plastic on the seats floor mats that he out down and super quick to get my car back to normal. We drove from hamilton just to deal with Neil and his staff and so glad we did. I will never go anywhere else nor my family we will always use Neil and his amazing staff.
