None of their staff pick up the phone when the operator puts you through. There is also no in-store shopping despite it being listed as an option. Did everyone at Rona get the ‘rona?! **incorrect opening times - arrived at 17:30 to find out they close at 17:00 on Sundays. Why does NOBODY UPDATE THEIR GOOGLE MAPS PAGES?!

The employees followed me around the store. Like Literally its offensive when your standing beside me in a store at all times fixing the shelves and IM not a thief. Its very insulting and makes me not want to attend the store ever again. I spent 100$ at the store this visit and was not impressed. If I didnt absolutely need the locks I got I would have just left the store.

I am currently renovating my home and Rona Chatham far exceeds the customer service and speeds of other big box stores in town. This review is specifically for February 3rd. where I needed a can on polyurethane to finish my floors and didn't realize it until an hour before closing. The online order told me it wouldn't be ready for pickup until the next day. I called the store and explained it was the difference between sleeping on a floor an additional night or a bed and they made sure I got the polyurethane that day. I know they are incredibly busy, but to get me my order before it was ready is exemplary customer service. The lady working that night deserves a raise!

Went to Rona as we needed lights for our main and upstairs hallways. Gentlemen in that department was so helpful. I liked two lights that were on display. He had one in box and since I needed 2 he took down the display models. Such great service. Staff is always so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this store.

I was looking at the Rona's WEB site on 28/7/2020 to ensure that the store was open on Friday till 6 pm as advised by the Rona Wallaceburg store. The WEB site showed that the Chatham store is open Monday thru Saturday 7 am to 5 pm and Sunday 8 am to 5 pm. I called the sore and asked the lady who answered what were the store hours. She advised Monday thru Saturday 7 am to 6 pm and Sunday 8 am to 5 pm. When I told the lady that the web site states that the store is open 7 days till 5 pm she replied in a rude tone of voice noooooo it closes at 6 pm and Sunday at 5 pm. I explained to her I was only trying to point out a error on their WEB site so other customers weren't misled. After I ended the call I called Home Hardware building supplies and gave them my $800.00 order.

I came in looking for some cabinet knobs and the male employee with the grey hair at the online prder pick up desk was so nice. He really tried to find the knobs for me. We didnt find them, but i appreciate his willingness to help me(the customer). Also the female employee at the front was so nice too!

Called to place order and find out hours. Told to do it online and open until 6pm Place order online. Receive Email - Order states it’s ready Go to pick it up at 4:45. Call the store as instructed. Put on transfer for 8 minutes Told they can’t bring it out to me because there’s no one to carry it and there closing. At 5 pm. No one knows what’s going on around there. One staff member says one thing, the next says something else.

Everything is top drawer, except appliance sales. Buy local instead. They have to deal with Lowe's and 'Appliance Central' whatever that is and it is so disorganized. Buy from a locally owned appliance shop instead.

They assisted me with all my needs. Bought a hot water tank from rona last year in march, (GIANT ) 40 gallon. They didn't install it properly and took them over 4 months to get back to me and fix the problem. (LOWES ) was contracted for the installation. Today I'm still having problems and I can't seem to get in contact with someone who can help me with the problem I'm having. My gas bill is more than triple now with the new hot water heater. It's burning one cubic meters a day in gas, even if I don't use hot water. Who uses $200 a month in gas and all that is running is the pilot light in the summer.
