You'll get lucky if someone approaches you and asks you if you need a hand. Can always find what you need here even if you don't know you need it. Great place to shop if you are crafty. I personally have purchased wedding decor crafts from here for my DIY wedding, as well as a few other random items. Things can be a little more pricy but if you sign up for emails you get really decent coupons all the time if you would be an avid shopper here.

Horrible experience. I find the store chaotic, there was little to no staff and when you did find some one "working" there....they were not helpful at all! The first one tried to direct me to yarn section with poor directions in her store, once in the yarn section another staff member pointed to 2 aisles over. Ultimately had to find it myself. Omgoodness I'm finally going to checkout im super happy to finally get out of the store with over $200 purchase and the line up was 7 people deep, when I asked to open another checkout the girl was nasty, but finally call for some help. I was exhausted and believe me over heated by the time I was rescued by the great outdoors.

Wanted to get a frame made. It was a little off-standard, but I've had similar ones made up at a different store. The person struggled with the software so much that after half an hour I left, with the promise that once he'd figured out how to do it, I'd get a call. Never got a call. Probably just as well because they wanted almost $300 to frame a Christmas card.

Was in yesterday for the last time. Older woman in the back ( manager) was extremely salty and had attitude. Not the first time this same woman has been rude. Accosted me because had a backpack on (was on a motorcycle) I had already talked too 3 different workers who said nothing. Have no problem with this rule but just ask normally, dont be a B**** about it. Cashier Allison was very friendly and helpful, how ever Im done with this store

I had bought Easter ribbon in London Ont. I am from Chatham area.. I did not have quite enough went into Micheals in Chatham to get some...I look and looked could not find the display or a sales clerk. I finally asked a lady that was chatting with the the girl at the register and told her what I was needing..She said nope guess we don't have it out yet. Come again I told her that the coupon was only good for today at 45%off. She said oh well...I do not think I will do my business there if that is they treat customers..London at least has what you or looking for or will try to find it for you..Real bad service

I love Michaels. Some of the products are a bit pricy, but they are very good quality. There is always a coupon you can use on one of the items that you're making a purchase on unless that item is on sale, and I really do appreciate the coupon. Michaels has lots of art supplies, but has recently added a bit more to the mix. For me, this makes the store even better. Michaels not only has amazing art supplies, but also has custom framing, decor for holidays, baking supplies, and much more. I really enjoy this store.
