Recently purchased wallpaper for our powder room. Had excellent service from the young lady that served us. Since we are not experienced in installing wallpaper we asked if they can recommend someone. We were told to call Lorne Fryer. He completed the installation today. Extremely pleased with FX decorating, the wallpaper is perfect. Also very pleased with Lorne’s work. Powder room is beautiful. Highly recommend FX decorating and Lorne Fryer.

Service was excellent in terms of helping suggest and choose complimentary wall paint colors. Good quality paint well worth the few extra dollars compared to big box brands. Problem with staff calculating how much paint was required. I was sold double the amount needed for each room and therefore spent an additional $150 more than was necessary. I applied 2 full coats as recommended and still have all this extra paint which cant be returned and no use for it; expensive mistake at my cost.

I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been to this location and have been directed to cans of paints for sale, whether mistinted paint or odds and ends. Today I was rudely informed by an older lady that the paint was odd and ends (not that they were not for sale) as I looked through I found some I liked and walked them up to the counter i was rudely informed that she could not sell that paint to us. Done with my business

Was in Chatham for the weekend and was served by Nick. We were looking for lights for the kitchen. Nick spent the time asking what kind of look we were looking for and found us something we liked. Price was good and he had them shipped to us. Great service Nick.

Free paint! Wait, let me explain..we wanted to change the colour of our railings so I brought in a plastic bin lid that was the exact colour we wanted (go figure). Well the machine didnt quite get it right, so they said take it no charge! The best part? It looks pretty good!

Amazing staff! Amazing paint as well! I highly highly recommended Fx Decorating Warehouse! The staff was so helpful, she helped my wife and I pick colors and knew so much about how to match colors and which ones worked together! I honestly learned more in my 30 mins there than ever before anywhere else!! And I am not that young lol.. Hope this helps with your search for paint! Oh yeah the paint is perfect! If you're used to using stuff like those cheaper paints then you don't know what you're missing.. probably sick of doing 2-3 coats lol, well this stuff is 1 coat and looks AMAZING!
