Extremely helpful and courteous! This team is amazing! I had an accident and was directed by my insurance to go to a FixAuto in my area. I had no idea what to do as this was my first accident. Instantly when I walked in there I noticed a lot of RED FLAGS that made me very concerned. I couldn't ask any questions and that I would have to accept junkyard and aftermarket parts as it was part or my insurance policy and that's just how it is . Luckily I remembered this AMAZING program from my dealer called ON ROADs which directed me to CSN Tilbury and Chris Jones. To my surprise this was a completely different experience! Chris and his staff were more comforting and understanding of my situation. They truly wanted my car repaired correctly & to use the right parts. I was able to fully go over everything so I had no concern of what was going to happen. Chris and his team when above and beyond and ensured my baby was looked after properly. They worked with the local dealer as they said it was part of this amazing program I would get brand new parts. I cannot thank them enough for being there when I needed them! If anyone is ever in an accident I strongly recommend going to CSN Tilbury and have the PROPER repairs done!!! .....Also I just want to quickly not forget...my car came back detailed looking better than the day I bought it. Thank you Chris and your incredible team!

The owner Ryan was amazing to deal with! I went through the dealership for warranty work, and I wanted some minor work done on the side as well. The dealer declined to cover a panel through warranty, but Ryan even offered to buff it out for me free of charge! He contacted me from his personal line and kept me informed, and made recommendations for detailing companies. They went over and above what I ever expected. Ryan even took a pretty big scratch out of the hood for me without hesitation. I would highly recommend anyone needing paint work to go see Ryan, and his crew at CSN Tilbury. I had my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan in for warranty work. CSN had to repair a paint bubbling issue on the hood that was a factory defect. They were amazing. The service was outstanding. They took care of everything and even buffed out a few other scratches on the van for free. The service technicians and service coordinator were kind, courteous, and very helpful.
