I am on vacation and one of my tragus earrings decided to have a vacation of its own. I called Ironside and the lady that helped me was so kind and professional and said they could take me right away. She helped me pick a cute matching set of purple tragus studs and then put them in for me. She even let me sit up, even though it was a little more tricky for her. The shop is very clean and bright and I had a very nice experience. Thanks again!

All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The shop is very clean, and Sharky and Jared were totally awesome. We came on Saturday morning for the walk-in day and were super please with how everything turned out. (Show up early!)(Don't bring anything to complicated!) The shop was very organized to deal with the big line up, and we were in the chair in about an hour. Our tattoos turned out great, and I would definitely go back to be tattooed by either of the guys. Sharky took the time to answer all of my questions, and provided me with some great info about tattoos and tattooing. Thanks for making our trip extra special!

Overpriced and little information I read the reviews of this place and they were good so I decided to give this place a try. I called to get 1 ear pierced and they said it would cost 25$. I got there and the person at the front desk told me to pick a pair of earing she said it would cost 15$ or a little more for the flower ones. The ear got pierced, everything was sanitary and done well. When I went to pay I was charged 92$. Then I was told that the earing was acctually 15$ for the front and another 15$ for the back ×2 for the other earing to match. I got a ear cleaning solution that was 10$ and the service was 25$.

I could not schedule a appointment to have facial jewelry put into a piercing spot. At first I was told I'd have to book into the 2nd week or next from the current date, I was alright with this because I just wanted the jewelry in. Then I was told they wouldn't do any piercing related work in the 'under the mask area' I have a Medusa already pierced and healed-piercing, I just wanted help putting jewelry into what would be above my top lip. This happened the 1st week of July- masks aren't even mandatory after July 9th which the 15 minute appointment would of been scheduled well passed. Unless a licensed business/ especially one that operates with the stipulation of sanitization isn't up to date with ongoing restrictions/ or regulations in general, I'm not understanding why they didn't schedule anything at all.

I had an appointment on a walk-in Friday with Jared Sark. The guys working at Ironside took the restrictions put into place for Covid seriously and were sure to enforce the new policies with their clients, which was great to see. As you can see in the photo, Jared did an amazing job replicating my late father's handwriting. He absolutely nailed it and I love it so much. He was accommodating and kind- even when I changed the design super last minute. 10/10 would recommend the crew at Ironside, especially for a piece like this one.

One of my cartilage piercing was healing way worse than the other. A year later, I found out that one of the piercing was very crooked when I went to another piercer to do a jewelry change. I wish the piercer had let me know when he messed up my piercing so I didn't have to go through a year of dealing with keloids and irritation. The piercer was very nice, but just lacking in professionalism and expertise perhaps. I hope the company can learn from this and be more mindful of it in the future, espcially when I was charged over $120 for the service
