From the moment I arrived at CARSTAR Charlottetown, I knew I was working with professionals. Devin Dawson was prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable with his estimate. CARSTAR had my car in and done in two days as promised. I have only one small negative. I had to call to find out if the car would be ready. It was a good thing I did. I barely had time to get out of the office and out to CARSTAR before they closed. They did a great job with the repair. Overall, I'll give them 5 out of 5.

I recently had a truly amazing experience at CarStar, where from beginning to end they made me feel confident in their work and so very happy to be a customer of their auto body shop. The CarStar team is kind, professional and most importantly they do a meticulous job of repairing your car! I was incredibly impressed with how beautifully the damage on my car was repaired. It was seamless and looked as though it had just come from the factory. The finished product is evidence of the quality work they do at CarStar and the pride they take in returning your car to you after a perfect job has been done. The integrity of their work, attention to detail and the wonderful team make CarStar somewhere I would highly reccomend as the perfect place for all your auto body needs. Good morning, I would like to share the absolutely positive experience I had with Carstar Charlottetown. I was greeted immediately and promptly had my car examined. I knew when I was leaving the work that needed be done. The staff was beyond helpful and curtios. Even recalling my name, and car. They assisted with my rental and even cleaned my car spotless, this alone was no small task. I rarely, almost never, write a review however I do believe they deserve to know how impressed I am. Thanks for the great work! I will continue to recommend you highly.

I used to get my Mini cooper service done in Centennial Carstar Summerside. They were good so when I moved in Charlottetown I wanted to do the safety inspection in Centennial Carstar Charlottetown. I made the appointment online and wrote "safety inspection" in the comment. But when we were there they told us they did not do the service and the appointment online was only for appraisal. But why didn't they read the comment in the request and replied with a NO? It took only one minute to review one more line and can save our time. Will never be there anymore.

This morning I had an 8AM appointment for a small paint repair that I was told at the time I made the appointment would take about 2 hours to fix. I wandered around putting in time visiting other local business and returned at 11pm to pick up my repaired car. Alas, my car was exactly where I had parked it 3 hours earlier. What? When I went in to retrieve my keys, the young gentlemen made the remark that they had had a busy morning and had not gotten to it just yet??? What about the 8am appointment I thought. I guess that meant ... "Drop it off and maybe we'll get to it sometime". NOT GOOD ENOUGH! In future I'll be taking my business elsewhere. NO STARS. ( I had to choose 1 in order to post the review)

They were able to hock me up with a rental car and look after fixing my car. I picked up my car today and am very happy to say that they did an awesome job of all the repairs. Thanks Folks!!

After an accident they told me they would get it repaired in 2 days. They then pushed it back by several days each time I called because they broke parts and took 10 days to return it. After a month I got an oil change at another shop and they notified me that my radiator had been pushed back from the colision and they had neglected it.

I was recently in an accident and my insurance recommended CARSTAR for my car to be fixed. The staff were friendly and professional. I picked up my car yesterday and it looked beautiful. The door that was damaged sticks a little when I shut it but it overall looks great. They kept me updated the entire time via email and gave me information on what stage of the repair my car was at. It was an overall very positive experience and I am so pleased to have my car back. Thank you CARSTAR
