I was so impressed with the service! I called in the morning to report I was rear ended and Sam was immediately out to check on my vehicle. I was in a rental the next day, set up by Sam. My van was fixed perfectly like nothing ever happened and dropped back off at enterprise where I could conveniently drop off the rental and pick up my van. All around incredible service! Highly recommend!

Visiting PEI for the holidays from Ontario and we had a black ice mishap, our car sliding off the road and bumping off a tree. Our insurance provider offered us two preferred shops, and boy am I glad I called Koughan's first. I spoke with Sam and we was so incredibly helpful with us navigating this while so far from home, and the work was done expertly well. The inside was also cleaned, it was almost like getting a brand new car! The service all around was exceptional and friendly. Thank you Koughan's Auto Body!

Sam was so helpful! I had my new car for not even 2 months before someone backed into me at a stop sign. This was my first time having to deal with anything like this and Sam helped me with everything and made things SO much easier and less stressful. He was my main point of contact with TD, he got everything organized and did up the estimates with/for TD. It was so relieving knowing that things were going to be fixed up right and my car would be brand new again. Rather than having to drop off/pick up my car at the shop and have someone pick me up, he set up my car rental with enterprise (I didn’t do a thing) and had me drop off and pick up my car from there which was so helpful and saved me so much time and efforts as I could just pop over after work. Oh... he also filled my winshield washer fluid, and cleaned the exterior AND interior of my car. A1 service!
