It's bed bath and beyond. The store is clean and full. It was really busy the day, we arrived but seemed staff where still trying to help best they can. Could use more cashiers. Prices are steep. If they has better pricing I would definitely shop more.

The selection was good. We did find what we wanted and make a purchase. But a lot of the items we were looking at didn't have prices listed, on boxes or on signs. I had to look them up on their website, which didn't have all the same models that we were looking at. We were there sorting through them for a long time, without a single sales person speaking to us, until we got to the cash. On the Saturday before Mother's day, they only had one cash open, and it was the customer service one for returns, etc.

Beautiful items but pricey especially for the sometimes low quality. I bought a $35 soap dispenser that tarnished in a short amount of time for example. Other items I've bought are excellent, like my goose down duvet. I would reccomend researching products before buying from BB&B. Store is spacious, appears clean, organized, and has appealing products.

Decent spot with a good selection of items. We were looking for a high quality bread knife and were able to find one. Other stores we had looked at only carried them in packs, and we just wanted the one to gift. Lots of items to look through. Not always competitively priced, but it is what it is.

Great store, I see it as a premium store. You will find it little costly than other stores in town but good this is they do price match without any questions. I bought my Vaccume cleaner from here with price match and they gave me great deal. Managers and staff are very professional and helpful.

They no longer sell replacement glass for our French Press coffee maker. We paid $50 two years ago because they carried replacement glass. So we went to Stokes and paid$20 for the same size press. They told us that they don't carry replacement glass. Best deal.

A correct price was not entered in the computer causing to be overcharged. When I brought it to the clerk's attention it was very quickly corrected with apologies. Mistakes will happen in the real world, it's how they are corrected that separates the good from the bad. This was definitely good and I can recommend them

There are so many items in this store that it can be Mezmerizing. That is why you ask one of the attendants who work there. I have been led directly to the item I enquired about! If it happens to be on a very high shelf it it not you who does the climbing. A person who is trained to climb the ladders & extract the item safely is who goes up the incline ladder. The item (s) will be brought safely to you. If the item you seek is not in the store & must be ordered in , it is my experience that you will know within the first five (5) minutes of asking. Wow! No waiting around wondering if you have been forgotten! Impressive.
