We purchased qualicote for a client wanting a flat finish who didnt want to spend too much. Honestly wish the paint rep. would have spoken up and warned us. The paint is awful. We have done 3 coats and the flashing is unlike anything I have seen before. We are now going back to repaint the walls using a higher quality paint and feel that this paint shouldn't be on the market. Horrible horrible product. I tired talking with a manager and they offered no compensation or attempt to make this right. Huge pain and client is super unhappy. Lesson learned I guessrepaint

I went there looking for a specific product while i was halfway through a stain job. They did not have what i was after...but they suggested other places to check. I was just pulling into the next store- got a phone call. Sherwin williams! They tracked down my product, and told me where to go. ( i didnt even leave my number) guess they got it off my work truck. SERVICE!!! Ill be going there next time i paint my house.

I have been going to the store in Cambridge when I moved here last spring into a big farm house that needed to be painted inside and out. I often picked up mis-tints and used them all and the rooms turned out great. This weekend we needed to get ceiling paint and the lady there was very friendly and helpful, she showed us what we wanted and I love their paints!

I love dealing with the people at Sherwin-Williams here in Kamloops. Both times I've gone in to get paint, they've helped me pick the perfect colour. They're extremely nice, helpful, quick, and efficient. They even have complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate while you wait for your paint to mix.

After my recent painting project, this has become my most favourite place for paints. Until now I used to buy Behr from Home Depot. Caitlyn, the representative who helped me pick the colour was much more knowledgeable, friendly, sincere and professional. When my living room looked wonderful, I bought more paints. The other girls were also very good, no issues with colour consistency. I only use high quality paint so the paint being on sale helped me stay within budget. I was pleased to find they save customer information for 10 years. Saves the pain of storing too much paint in the basement.
