Absolutely amazing customer service! Kitchener House Painting was absolutely amazing! They arrived right on time, and were very professional. They helped me move furniture and at the end put it back in place. It was so nice to have a service come at 8 am and finish at 4pm. The job was done all while I was at work and looks great! Kitchener House Painting called me to schedule the work and arrived on the scheduled day with the guy who would be doing the painting. Went over the work to be done and then he immediately started. The work took five days. Over this time the owner was always available to answer my questions and to ensure that I was satisfied. Painter's work was both clean and very professional. He paid extra attention to those areas I identified as specific concerns such as my front entrance canopy. The best way I can describe his work is to say that he painted as if it was his home.

Had a painter named Avi from Guelph, extremely rude and very unprofessional! Did not want pictures or do a proper quote of the space we want painted. He quoted a premium cost to paint our great room. I had other quotes on the space ranging from $400-800. We supplied food, drinks, paint and other painting equipment. He arrived late and when he saw the room, he wanted to renegotiate the price, blaming me for some sort of miscommunication. He quoted me 750$ for 1 WALL, instead of the entire room! The room is 16ft X 12ft, the room is 3 and half walls. After yelling at me on the phone, he did end up honoring the price he quoted. HOWEVER, the aftermath was not what I would expect out a professional painter! DO NOT PAINT THE TRIM and VERY BLOTICH work. We e-transfered the whole amount and still waiting for an invoice. OWNER STATED THAT HE WILL NOT PROVIDE AND CALLED ABOUT 4 TIMES REGARDING MY INVOICE, STILL WAITING. NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT RESPONSIVE, POOR QUALITY AND POOR VALUE
