Oliver was the lead Fresh Paint person for the full exterior painting of our building . He was friendly, knew painting well, and answered readily and quickly throughout the work. The painting was very well done and the paint crew were open to our input. I have no hesitation in recommending Fresh Paint. One star missing due to three minor things: 1. Very large trash bag of plastic and tape left on our premises after the work was completed. 2. The invoice was in error. Did not subtract our deposit. 3. Overly aggressive request for a 5 star rave review.

We strongly recommend Fresh Paint. We checked many paint contractors in our area and FP was the first to respond after making an online quote request. Don't assume the online quote will match the final, which in our case was well under it, but it is useful to see how a painting quote is calculated. We received a call the day after making an online request and Paul, our estimator arrived ON TIME a few days later and a detailed quote was presented also on the same day. This quote was the clearest and detailed we've seen from a contractor. Some adjustments were easily made and a convenient date set. An FP pro came for a walk through ON TIME and Jo and her team arrived days later ON TIME and finished a super job ON TIME. She waited when finished to do a completion walkthrough and a microscopic painting miss was quickly done. Super impressed with FP from start to finish and we are very happy with the cost and quality of the project. FP will be our next painters and they should be yours.

I’ve contacted Fresh Paint as we needed our Stairwell painted. My partner and I had already painted the rest of the house early in the pandemic down time but we just didn’t felt comfortable tackling the 2 stories high stairwell. This was a small project but a tough one as it’s a small space with very high ceilings. Cameron was great at accommodating our budget which was right on their minimum charge. He was very professional and responsive and helped us organize for Chris, the painter. Chris did a fantastic job, quickly and stealthy; we almost forgot he was here. He also made sure to warn us before using the sander since we were working from home. While we were socially distancing he wore his mask the entire time. We’re super happy with the result and glad we decided to go ahead with Fresh Paint.

The exterior of my home had not been painted since it was built in 2006 (I should have had it repainted much sooner). I saw a flier for Fresh Paint, emailed them and heard back almost immediately. From the first contact (with Alec), to the overseer of/for my project (Oliver), to the carpenter (Darrel) they coordinated for me (to repair some wood rot) to the crew that did the painting (Hedi, Pierre & Pierre), I could not have received better service. The initial project quotation and assessment was within the range I anticipated. The pressure washing and sanding were handled very cleanly and professionally, and the painting itself was done extremely well. I recommend them very highly!!

Zach and Roy did a great job! I was surprised when I saw only 2 people working on painting my 5000 sqft house and a little worried if they could finish the project in 2 weeks. Finally they did it and the painting looks very nice. They are really easy to work with as I added some guys to repair ceilings and install floors in the same time and they all worked together smoothly. They also gave me some suggestions how to organize the work. Right now my house looks like new.
