Liz at home is a great furniture store. I was impressed of the selection and the knowledge of the staff. Got what I was looking for. If your looking for furniture at a decent price you should check them out.

(Translated) We bought two swivel chairs in this store. The experience of the purchase process was very pleasant. As good as other reviews, the staff were friendly and thoughtful and patient, and the boss was very gentle. However, the delivery and after-sales experience can be described as disaster. Nine deducted the full amount by credit card before delivery. After delivery, I found that two of the four screws on the base of one swivel chair were not installed. The chair was completely unusable, and the black cloth on the bottom was crooked. Phone to find the store, the boss said that this is a warranty, you can find a factory repair. I bought a new chair, but it will be wary before delivery? Helpless, they had to pull them back to the manufacturer for repair. The second delivery time was pushed again and again. At the end of the delivery, something happened to be out of the house. The telephone communication said that it could be placed at the door. Unexpectedly, when I went back and looked at it, the problem remained, and the screws were still not installed (drilled wire on the wooden frame). Looking for the store theory again, the boss said that we had all repaired, and with the photos as evidence, they no longer care. After many times of communication, the attitude was extremely bad. To find out various reasons to evade, or not answer the phone, and finally asked us to go directly to the manufacturer. After receiving the photos, the manufacturers said they can go to the warranty, but their policy is to go through the dealer. The various actions of the dealer (store owner) are beyond words. I advise you to choose this shop carefully, what's wrong, don't expect to continue to enjoy smiley service. In addition, please remember to not pay the full amount before the inspection. Even if you spend money to buy a lesson, I will give you a reference. (Original) 我们在这家店购买了两个转椅，购买的过程体验市是非常愉快的，如同其他评价那样美好，店员亲切周到又耐心，老板业也很绅士。但是，交货和售后的体验可以用灾难来形容。送货之前九就通过信用卡扣了全款，送货后发现其中一个转椅底座四颗螺丝有两颗没有安装，椅子完全不能用，底面黑色布也是歪歪扭扭。电话找店家，老板说这个属于warranty，可以找厂家修。我买的新椅子，还没交货呢就warranty了？无奈只好让他们拉回去找厂家修理。二次送货时间一推再推，最后送货时正好有事儿不在家，电话沟通说放到门口即可。万万没想到，回去一看，问题依旧，螺丝还是没有安装（木框上的钻孔滑丝）。再次找店家理论，老板说我们都修理了，有照片为证，他们不再管了。多次沟通之后，态度极其恶劣，找出各种理由推脱，要么不接电话，最后要我们直接找厂家。厂家收到照片后说可以走warranty，但是他们的政策是必须通过经销商。经销商（店家）老板的各种行径真是言语无法形容。奉劝各位，选择此家店请慎重，出了什么问题，不要指望能够继续享受笑脸服务了。另外，请切记，验货之前不要付全款。就算花钱买一次教训，也给各位参考借鉴一下。

Great Service! Despite recieving a couch of sub par quality from the manufacturer, and the manufacturer not rectifying the problem. The staff at Liz at Home have continued to make sure we are taken care of. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from them again.

The people working in the store are so amazing! When I went into the store recently, to check up on their many unique treasures, I told one of the staff how a beloved garden ornament I bought from their store, years ago, had become so damaged by windstorms that I had to take it down. Surprisingly, I was told to bring it in to have it taken to the manufacturer to see if it can be fixed! I’ve got it back now, even better than new and it is ready to grace my garden again! I am SO HAPPY!

THE RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER TO MY REVIEW IS COMPLETELY FALSE! There was no choice in what table we would like to have delivered. We were told there was a new table in stock in the warehouse when purchased. When the table arrived it had large gaps in the seems. We sent it back and requested a new table. A replacement table was then agreed to be sent and scheduled. We agreed to one of two floor models. We made arrangements to receive the table during the promised window, when following up during that time frame we were told a replacement was never scheduled to be delivered and we will not be receiving a table that day. This piece was not custom. At the other location we ordered a custom couch which is why I put the review on both stores. The owners response after complaining about the terrible service we received and how we expressed concern about the couch order was - I will refund your money on both items if you're concerned we will under deliver. Through all of this we did not receive one apology and now she is calling us unreasonable. In the end we had a lovely experience at another store delivering the exact table in flawless condition on Tuesday!!!!! Review: 1 star is being generous. My parents spent over $7k on furniture at both this store and Elizabeth Interiors. They were sent a damaged table, made arrangements to receive a new table scheduled for delivery. When following up on delivery window the day of they were extremely rude, could not make arrangements to have table delivered that day and did not offer any kind of apology or reasonable resolution. This is just a brief description of an absolute horrible shopping experience. Do yourself a favour and support another local store that actually values and appreciates your business.
