This Painter belongs to the category of Furniture store.
Very hard to find staff for questions/queries. Also, IKEA being a multinational Swedish/Dutch company with a massive chain of shops should really think hard about having products manufactured elsewhere other than China.
Went on the weekend and parking lot was extremely busy, with a lineup outside. Ended up leaving to come back during weekday which was a lot less busy. Very clean, no issues with finding anything. Lots of staff members available to help look for things, more than I remembered to be previously, which is great to see. Checkout line was quick and efficient, but would be nice to have more self-serve terminals open as they were closed off for some reason
Wow the people that shop here are some the most ignorant I've seen anywhere absolutely no consideration for anyone around them. That's way I'm knocking off a star. Other than that it was ok.
Nice and clean IKEA location, albeit smaller than other places. They say it's the smallest IKEA in North America
Horrible experience with Returns and exchanges almost 1hour waiting for being called, after doing the return process online and doing the wait list barcode scan. After finally getting called I saw 4 cashiers at the counters and just 1 was working the other 3 were chatting between them without care about customers who were waiting for being attended. What a disrespectfull way to treat customers IKEA has.
Very efficient and wide range of household items
You can't beat a dinner and night of shopping at Ikea. Something for everyone at great prices. Weekends can be a little crazy with the amount of shoppers but huge store can accommodate it no problem. Will always be back for more
It's Ikea ..classic shopping experience
Never liked Ikea. Cheap quality goods. Never understood the popularity. The only reason I gave it even one star is that they have free EV charging. The problem is their high speed charger is busted. From what staff told me, this has been the case for over a year. Fix this, let me know and I will change the review to 5 just on this added point alone.
Usually everything I want is in stock. The prices are reasonable and the quality has always been great on things I have purchased from them. My full grain leather couch was a third of the price and same style as EQ3. Always recommend checking out IKEA
Nice store but easy to get lost. And sometimes hard to find staff to help when you just have a simple question. But overall a good experience.
We made a two hour drive today to IKEA Burlington to finally purchase our kitchen. We are frequent customers and have been satisfied with our experiences, until today. After designing our kitchen online, we went to the store to finalize and order. Instead an employee refused to offer any kind of help outside of processing the payment. While we tried to make small adjustments on the computer, she told us unless we were ready to pay - we shouldn’t be there. I should mentioned it was a kinder employee that put us at the computer in the first place. We were simply following what we were asked to do. We weren’t even able to get her name since she never greeted us, just rudely asked what we were doing repeatedly and rushed us off the computer. Never offered to help, only wanted our money. Not the kind of customer service I was expecting to receive when I’m spending thousands. IKEA lost a major sale today and it is solely because of the treatment we received from whatever curly blonde middle aged female employee was working today. Extremely disappointing.
They have some issues and it is not mainly due to supply but rather to communication / organization. Very disorganized or provided me with false information. (customer support logs are available). I got an email alert from IKEA stating a product I am watching is available. To confirm I chatted with customer support by the end of business hours and they confirmed the product availably. First thing in the morning I got a trailer and drove about an hour to Burlington be told the product is not available and it was sold yesterday (on the same day it arrived and mostly before I double checked with support). Seriously? do you send 1000 emails if you got only 2 items? is that fair for people time and waste of resources? Plus how up to date your system is if an item is sold and your customer support still says it is available? Very disappointed for wasting almost half a day dragging a trailer around for nothing and maybe because I had higher expectations from IKEA.
What a great place to shop {online or in store}!! First time {in my life} that my delivery was AHEAD of schedule!! 5 star baby!!!!
Ikea seems to have dulled down its designs and decor. I am hoping that this is just a temporary thing as a result of global materials shortages.
Excellent customer service.. but have to wait till 2023 to get my wardrobe doors. ????
So big! Love this store .. haven't been since covid started tho
This store is always busy. Great selection of home furnishings. The restaurant is open and has great food and beer too.
Return line was long when I arrived but the staff were friendly and efficient and I hardly had to wait. Good return policy. Prices are always good as one would expect from Ikea. Innovative, affordable home furnishings and items.
Vaccinated or not I felt like I was going to get covid here, I couldn't turn a corner without getting shoved around by hundreds of pushy customers. Finding items is difficult in this maze, you find a shel you like and learn you have to go somewhere else to find it, and go somewhere further to find the holders for it.
A fun furniture shopping experience for unique items. Enjoy the swedish meatballs plate. Wish there was a location closer to Kitchener.
This place was ridiculous as far as how many people are here shopping, parking lot was full, the food area was abit of a let down very assemble line setup and the one staff working was not friendly at all, I liked the kiosk setup so you can order and pay ahead of time . I wouldn't go out of my way to come here though next time I will try the north Toronto one .
First time ever going to an IKEA and I legitimately had a great time lol. Considering it's "just a store" (or so I thought), there's 2 cafeterias inside and more furniture/home decor than I ever knew even existed. Everything there was either priced very fairly, or was on a really solid sale. I repeatedly found myself tempted to buy things I knew I had no practical use for, just because they looked interesting or the sale was that good. I'd definitely recommend shopping here if you're furnishing an apartment or renovating a home. There's even a plants section with succulents! Very cute. The food was just like the rest of the merchandise; very tempting and relatively affordable (approx. $4-$14). The $1 coffee and drink area was great, especially since there's free refills. The curry I ordered was good, with plenty of sauce. However, the cheesecake was fairly dry and bland. Looking forward to my next visit.
Feeling stressed? Try picking up a coffee and walking through the showroom of IKEA at 9am. The Zen and atmosphere will not only calm your frayed nerves, it will inspire you with your decor dilemmas. Their products are innovative, their returns easy peasy and you can top off the experience with the opportunity to purchase a nice hot dog aka tube steak for the road.
Always way to busy for my liking and lots of items aren't in stock currently.
What a waste of time. Searched inventory of items I wanted before going to the store to find out they were inaccurate and sold out. Staff just shrugged when asked. No one was enforcing wearing masks and people were walking around with them pulled under their chins.
This place was so busy! Unbelievable, we arrived at 9am on a Sunday and it was already packed! Half of what we were there for was out of stock too (and yes, we did check it online before coming). I love ikea, but this weekend was not the kind of experience
Serving southwest Ontario, they didn’t ease up on building this monstrous store with full assortment. The virtual queue for returns is a nice touch vs the old style waiting room. Food prices have doubled in the past few years, but still a solid stop during a shopping day.
Typical IKEA with arrows showing where to go & what to buy. But lot of ideas for any type of room. Bedroom, living, dining rooms, kitchens etc. It may sound odd, but I have to say this...Restaurant is way too small compared to other IKEA locations.
Half the stuff I wanted was sold out, which you won't know until you get to the end. The aisles are clearly marked but there's an "Area A" in the middle of the warehouse that's an absolute nightmare. Thankfully staff members are always really helpful and friendly, but the other customers... Wow. Rude, pushy, walk right on your heels, their kids scream in your face and run into you. I don't understand why families of 8, including young children, have to all pile into IKEA... I understand that's not IKEA's fault, just something worth noting since I've seen it every time I've visited.
The return process is dumb and confusing. Have to get in a virual line first and then a real line and then finally see someone to return it. They offer an appointment option for returning but fail to tell you that when you go online to indicate you want to return a online order. Once you get up to return the item, it was simple and fast and staff member was helpful and friendly.
It's a must see at least once. The layout the selection and quality is good, the customer service is great. Well done Ikea.
Nice place. Big and spacious. Not a very comfortable place, diversity wise.
Got an amazing deal on patio furniture for my condo. Most of their summer furniture line is winding down, prices are being marked down to remove summer inventories, so you'll have trouble buying what you want which will require jumping from one IKEA to another. Good luck finding a solid bargain!
Yesterday we had a amazing experience there. A variety of furniture. Even if we could not find the piece of furniture we came for. The only thing is the limited time for the kids kid's playground, you're allowed only one hour, sure some people need more than that. Besides, less item the than the previous IKEA that I visited in the Dominican Republic, it's pretty well orginize. I would recommend going there. PS: The site in St Catharines in the Niagara Region is an Order and Pick-Up location. Not a lot are displayed.
First time at this Ikea, I usually go to North York and Etobicoke. Was pleasantly surprised. The rooms that are set up are my favourite part to explore and this location did not disappoint. Everything was neat and tidy here and in stock.
Ikea is well past the point of being able to please ignorance on their wasteful packaging. Individually wrapped lightbulbs? Come on guys - there's no excuse for that!
Low on all stock always. And no way to really call and check if their stock count is correct. I see an item that says 5 in stock, I drive there to discover that they have none! I understand that is low stock on all business but at least give us a way to call and confirm stock or update your system with correct stock level. Ps this happened to me a couple of times this year alone.
Clean and very well laid out. It's perfect for everything. Following strict COVID-19 PROTOCOLS. Great food at the food bar and great prices, overall. Love every visit.
Perfect place to shop if you are not looking to spend a lot or from any attachments with the furniture you bought! Beautiful looking stuff. Just don’t move it too much.
My go to place for any home decor...would manage to always find good and sleek items
This place is almost always busy, but service there is still pretty good. They haven't disappointed us ever and have never given us a hard time with returning any of their items when needed. Kids have always loved it. Furniture department was very helpful when we got a large sofa for our house and arranged for a smooth delivery, same with their appliances.
Clean and quiet location with very helpful content staff. Easily made a return with no issues and a very short wait time. The parking lot is smaller than most Ikea locations however it is easier to walk through to get your car for loading.
Excellent place for home improvement items. Furniture is very easy to install. I was looking for some king size bed linens(bonus was the elastic clips for bed sheets), and a craft cart. I'm very pleased with what I bought.
Not very happy with the collection and stock. Most of the stuffs we liked were out of stock like kids bookshelf we chose or king size bed linens. Also, the variety is very less here in comparison to other branches in the GTA.
Love this place. Lots of neat things for your home to decorate and get organized.
I love my kitchen set from Ikea, I was just not happy ith the confusion when to get them, but overall great store.
Worst experience ever at the kitchen planning. Rude service and staff who had no knowledge. We even had to mention parts required to attach cupboards to the wall. After half hour of planning one pantry cabinet, they were not able to deliver materials or pre-order for future delivery. Very disappointed.
What can you say about IKEA ... simple yet durable and practical furniture that any child can assemble and it comes in easy to carry boxes. Store selection is large, lots of parking, and please do make an effort to enjoy their meatballs with gravy! We have purchased many of their items in several stores (on two continents no less) and I don't believe that we've ever been disappointed with anything. (Ps. Pupper posing with IKEA in background, and my recent small install of IKEA cabinets for the Queen in the basement laundry ... Sektion rocks!)
Very busy always, did not have what I wanted out of stock.
The two wonderful women in the sofa department were extremely helpful and kind. They even graciously changed the errors that were made on our kitchen delivery order (made 5m prior; we had waited about a half hour to see a IKEA service …
Parking is always busy, there is a pre-order pick up service I didn't know about. Very tough to leave without buying something.
Love Ikea! Great prices and lots of choices. Just don't like how so many items are out of stock. Just a sign of the times, I suppose.
Cool place, nicely organized. Food tasted good. Sadly couldn’t find what I was looking for. They also increased the prices on certain items and it was very busy here. But overall I would recommend this place.
I ordered the MALM N 6 drawer dresser and not even a week after having it the drawers started falling apart. The wood is so weak yet I paid $230 for it. It started with just 1 drawer falling apartment but now it's 4. I definitely wouldn't recommend.
This is My First Visit And Find It Super Cool, Some of the items are even cheaper than Dollarama but is far better Quality. I just bought some Kitchen Stuff for Just 15$ And The items Are 12. The Store is Super Clean and arranged, Lot of Parking space, And Wheel chair Accessible , And They allow Pets as Well.
I am very disappointed with my experience at IKEA . Everything is self checkout which is not that bad if you had competent people to help you with your questions. Unfortunately the people who stand around the machines to assist you are too busy talking about their personal lives to help customers . When we left the store I decided I wanted to call and speak to a manager about our experience I called the number that was provided on the receipt and I was directed to India , I found it very hard to understand the representative , she informed me that the Burlington store does not have a direct line. I was told if I wanted to talk to a manager I had to go back into the store. I explained to the operator that I live a half an hour away and she said there's nothing she could do for me. I then went on the website and found that there was a chat section where you could talk to a representative , that was a complete waste of time. I ended up having someone that could not spell properly and kept leaving the chat bubble. I was disconnected three times, so at that point I just gave up. If you want to talk to a manager make sure you do it before you leave the store you cannot contact the Burlington location directly I have since left two messages and they have not been acknowledged. I remember going to Ikea with my kids and it being such a great experience Ikea has changed so much it was incredibly disappointing needless to say I will no longer be shopping at Ikea in the future. Even though I could not speak to anyone in regards to my issue I did receive two requests to do a survey for Ikea. Also I would like to add a side note if you have to do a return you must call a automated line and make an appointment you cannot walk into the store and return an item. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
One if the better Ikea location's in Ontario, ample parking, good choice for furniture and decent restaurant, the checkout is bit cumbersome with self checkout
Today I bought a new chest in ikea and when I opened it I got used one. The queue in the restaurant is so long that noone care to add the second cashier. The is no cashier in the food store after 3-4 pm that we had to stay a long queue to the hotdog/icecream store. It is getting worse and worse!
Love this place so much! IKEA is for sure my go to when it comes to furniture. The whole place is welcoming, and very organized. IKEA also is very affordable and reasonable and mostly have things in stock. If you're ever looking to buy …
Lovely. Not that big but I found everything I was looking for, even more things. I bought some beautiful frames for a very good price and they turned out very well …
There was quite an issue of stock when I last went here - there was low stock of several items that I came for, and there wasn't many employees around to help at any part of my visit.
Not a good time to visit. Huge line up twice the length of the building. Fortunately, they let people in fairly quickly for that kind of crowd. The problem are the customers. People come with their whole family with some numbering 6 to 10 members including toddlers... don't understand how each of them have to be there to decide on what furniture. Staffs were very helpful and hardworking... great crew and store. Best to visit after the pandemic unless you need items right now.
A paradise for those who look for furniture, decoration, kitchen utensils, and much more. We have already bought good products by a good price. However, in our last visit many items were out of stock. Try the restaurant , it offers yummy food - a good deal.
My husband and I was there before COVID19 and we had a great time we found stands lighting and some decorations. my sister and I will Be going there this weekend
Almost $3000 delivery was not delivered 2 times. Waiting on 3rd attempted delivery. I am also on the phone trying to talk to the resolution centre. It is more than 3 hours now and still on hold.
Great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of inventory too, easy to find what your looking for.
I used Besta planner at home then printed out shopping list indicating aisle and bin location. Pick up was a breeze.
Overall, a horrendous shopping experience. One needs the patience of a Saint to make it through this gauntlet. Regularly stocked out of popular items and return take about 1.5 hours to process. I commend the management of the store for hiring so many employees with with MIDs, however; its nice to know that these people are given a shot at gainful employment.
So much walking when you are hot (heavy winter coat). But great products, price was right so I was very pleased
Click and collect was a but confusing, as there were no instructions in the email/text, but we got figured it out once we got into a space. The order was packed BEAUTIFULLY and that small touch really made all the difference. The team there really is working hard in these difficult times.
Well organised, you will have the best ideas for whatever space you have, clear instructions on how to install and put together, it will last long as long as its not moved!
Ikea is the best place to buy practical stuff for home.
Good products ,lots of choices that will make your life easier.
Love the convenience of click and collect. However I'm disappointed that I never get an email confirmation letting me know my order is ready. I come from out of town and it would be convenient to get the email so that I can time my arrival accordingly. I've submitted several orders and each time I've taken the risk and just went to the store in hopes they would have it ready and sure enough, within 2 minutes of me confirming my arrival - my order is brought to me. This would indicate to me that my order was ready to be picked up but an email wasn't sent for whatever reason. Aside from that, the employees at the Burlington store are great. They offered to help me load the items into my car and were kind throughout the process. *This has nothing to do with the store but I chatted in to customer service about my concern and the person I got was mega rude. Have never had an issue with in-store customer service but IKEA as a company should look into better training for their online customer service reps.
If you're exchanging or returning products I would recommend to book in advance through IKEA's webpage so you can skip the line at the store. It can take up to 45 min to do a return ????
Its Ikea. It has to be awesome. This store particularly doesn't have big crazy line ups. Pretty clean and pretty cool place.
Great place, a lot of things for home, good prices and customer service
You always find something which you had no plans of buying when you come in here..
Their pick up service is a disaster! Send you to one location, only to wait forever then told to go to another I understand there are supply issues, but so many other big stores have the curbside pickup down to an art. They need to make some serious changes
This awesomesauce lamp, only $15.99, in their Christmas section as soon as you walk in by the cashier's....LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!! So much so I bought 2 for absolutely no reason ❤️❤️❤️
A shame, I bought two hours ago some furniture , all screw are not inside the box. I back to ikea, for missing parts you have a line to exchange and return 100 minutes 42 person on virtual line, ok I book an appointment…. Available only next Saturday. Don’t waste your time and your money with this garbage stuff and company !
You can’t go wrong with any ikea. Like the Scandinavian style I go there to eat1 dollar hot dogs and soft serv I would not recommend their actual restaurant as the food is not thay great and its expensive
I gave it a 2 star because there's nothing in stock. Otherwise I love ikea
Ikea has excellent furniture. Great designs. Has solution for small appartment.
I am so disappointed with IKEA. I purchased a bed frame. When I was assembling the bed frame, I realized that the headboard pieces were wrong. Instead of having left and right, there were two right parts. I tried to call IKEA, but no one answered. My home is 200 km away from the IKEA store. I don't know what to do.
I love Ikea but it was a bit crowded for the situation. They had indoor dining available and the display rooms were still available to look up close.
Always a delight to visit ikea burlington. Place was very clean. Staff was polite and helpful. It wasn't very busy on a Tuesday afternoons, but there was a line up at customer service/returns. Thanks
We had a curbside pickup with a $5 fee. It was convenient and fast. What you do is just leave them a text message and they'll bring your order right to your car. Update: low quality product didn't last for 3 months. The glass container I bought broke by itself when I moved it from the fridge to the counter. All my good food and effort was thrown away. I lost more than the container's price.
Great place for budget friendly shopping for furniture and household usage items. The staff is very friendly. Like all Ikea stores be prepared to do everything yourself. Doesn't forget to try try there restaurant. The best item is Swedish Meatballs Meal.
Place very good and big. Customer Service is amazing. So busy. All the time.
Always a great time at IKEA I did however notice the prices on their breakfast menu went up:/ but it's always clean, staff is always friendly, and everything is soo organized. My kids love the toy area.
We came here around 1 on a Friday afternoon. There was already a line up but luckily we were protected under the shade. For the customers not under a shade, they were offered umbrellas to protect against the sun which is great customer service. It also seems like the line isn't moving much but we only waited about half an hour and it seems they let people in in bulk. Once inside the shopping experience was actually quite pleasant because the amount of people inside was limited. There was another line up at the check out but we only waited 10 minutes and it went super fast. The restaurant is closed however they still offer food and drinks at the bistro including the Swedish meat balls, ice cream and hot dogs. They are doing very well with controling the crowd during these times and I wouldnt mind visiting again, however I would probably go a bit earlier since they do open at 10
Many items are out of stock and this is the small size of Ikea.
Great to finally have it open again, always enough seats in the cafe for everyone.
Always a great experience to go to IKEA. They always have everything in stock and the staff are always helpful.
There are so many things to choose from. The prices are very good. Everybody can find something to bring home.
Great place for everything you need for your home. 4 stars for the only reason that the new virtual line for the returns is not something I knew about and was surprised when I found out after I went there. Almost everyone I spoke to dint know about it and were having no clue what’s going on. It would have helped if they had found some way to make this known to the general public in some manner. The small boards near the entry and exit are not enough.
Ikea ... been standard in all location only element distinguishable is staff and service. This store is busier so parking is bit challenge ..staff is nice, location holds good inventory and stocks. Cafe is good. Overall good place to buy , organise & plan furniture.
Nice, newer store with attractive room settings; easy access and parking. Smallish for an IKEA, and with a disappointing cafeteria.
I am really impressed by the plethora of products being displayed here . The store is very meticulously maintained and the staff are really friendly and professional. Everything is categorized and has clear price tags and information needed for anyone interested. Loading zone for furniture and food centre for 1$ ice cream cone and hot dogs, sundaes and pizza available. Kids care centre also Available.
Best place for shopping nice furniture, and nice food, too!
IKEA Burlington - No lineup during pandemic . Good place to shop. Many merchandise to choice from. There is also a small food cafe.
Great costumer services. You can find all kind of furnitures and home decorations. They open until 9:00 pm. Public washroom ???? available and big parking lot. The big restaurant is open now and the small fast restaurant is open only for take out. You can enjoy yummy hot dogs ????, Cinnabon rolls, pop, ice cream ???? The area of ready to go food is open too. This store is big, have 2 floors. Be aware that during the weekend you have to do line up before you get in. Lindsay provides excellent costumer support ????
Would give a 5 but they jam packed everyone at self check out. I didn’t spend an hour keeping my distance just to be shoulder to shoulder I’m self check out.
Service in the store went well, people were very helpful. Get everything home and they gave us the wrong bed frame but the correct headboard, bed slats and mattress. All labelled correctly and receipts match the bill of materials but the size was off! (See picture) Best part was figuring it out at 10pm after it was assembled and the kid ended up sleeping on his mattress on the floor rather than his new bed.
Love going to this IKEA. It's always really busy, but somehow I don't feel anxious about it. Lines for cashiers aren't too long, and moves pretty quickly. They almost always have what I want in stock. Rarely do I ever need to go to the Vaughn store. Prices have climbed alot though since the 90s when I started going here. It's still flat pack furniture, but the prices aren't flat pack prices. Some things are reasonable like accessories, but the furniture is getting to be too expensive for what it is. 4 stars just because the high prices on furniture
It is a bit hard to use the electric vehicle Chargers given the proximity of the click-in connect. The store was fairly clean, and actively being sanitized.
Usually a drive to Burlington Ikea is a half day excursion however this day was only a curbside pickup and then back home. This store has perfected curbside. I drove into the designated spot, opened the email and clicked that we were there, told them the spot number and waited not even 5 minutes. I opened the trunk loaded the van thanked the employee and we were on our way back to Kitchener. Total time.....8 minutes from arrival to departure. A+++ if you want my opinion
Love ikea. This one is larger than some others I’ve visited and had most items in stock (though covid makes that tricky right now). The only thing that really messed us up is the shopping carts. Presently if you go in, you’re basically forced to go through the ground floor before the upstairs level first and have to almost fight your way back towards the elevator if you want to visit bedroom and children’s sections. Would make more sense if they could move the carts and have people automatically start with the upper level for traffic control. Parking lot was huge and well set up for entry/exit.
Typically busy at this location at most times, regardless of time of day or weekday/weekend. Most of the shoulder to shoulder is on the show floor, however there are so many checkouts that it is a fairly quick and streamlined process at …
This is a typical IKEA located in the city of Burlington, ON. They have everything available just like the other IKEA stores. We like to visit any IKEAs for their decorations, unique presentation styles, and of course the tempting foods both upstairs and downstairs. We have had positive experience whenever we visited this store, staffs were nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place.
The store itself....mayhem! I can't tell you how many times we got lost and ended up going in circles. We found what we wanted and proceeded to do the purchase.....only to find out the bed slats were out of stock as was the desk we …
Went to this location, arrived in parking lot walked into front doors walked right out no control at all, listed was the amount allowed inside near the 2k capacity, felt very uncomfortable no lines indicating direction to walk people all over eachother, felt very unsafe during the pandemic. Drove an hour for nothing
It says to list what to expect when you come to IKEA , I'll tell you about my experience I went there and spent approximately $4,500 on a new bedroom set and when I went to the self-serve area I asked for some help they said oh sure we can help loading the carts and loading your vehicle but it's a $50 charge which I find ridiculous. On other times I've gone I've asked questions if the staff and I've got nothing but looks like are you an idiot looks the return policies are ridiculous I once bought a faucet unfortunately I lost the receipt but it was still sealed in the box they wouldn't even give a store credit and it's obviously Ikea I only shop there this time because of a client that I'm doing a bathroom for just wanted cheapest as she could get and Ikea is cheap but you get what you pay for uninstalled bathrooms before and they've lasted two three years tops but that's just me other people love it and they have every right to their own opinion.
The store itself is great. Very clean, everything organized neatly and items easy to find. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The downside to this location is it's parking lot, which was completely full with an additional backup of vehicles waiting for a spot as I was. Ultimately decided to park a few buildings down, which wasn't the end of the world.
I used to love Ikea but not sure what is going on with them anymore. I drove over 2 hours there to check out some items in the showroom. All the items were on display but hardly anything in stock which is fine. Unfortunately a lot of the items they listed as in stock were not due to poor inventory management. Then I purchased a wardrobe and that's when things went south. Many pieces were missing. So I had to constantly call in regularly to see when the pieces were available which resulted in me having to drive there on four more occasions just to pick up pieces. They would deliver but it would cost 49 dollars and even then inventory was low for delivery but was fine for click and collect which means I have to drive there again and waste my time and gas. We have already made four trips and are still waiting for doors for our wardrobe. Get your act together IKEA. If the pieces aren't available tell your customer when you are designing their shelves ahead of time so they can customize it with different pieces or try to ship the item when ALL the pieces are available. This is brutal.
They had the item's that i needed other ikeas did not have the items.
Excellent customer service. Advised of new stock dates without any delay. Professional and friendly assistance. Great price points for all items that were available. Kind thanks.
I was disappointed that IKEA's pick-up locations were permanently closed. It's also too bad they don't deliver. However, I do live close enough to drop by the store and get what I need, and it is nice to be able to browse the store and see items up close before buying. The quality of furniture is really great for the price.
IKEA Burlington is an excellent store, with friendly staff, and it's well organized. Their newest offering - the gently/slightly used furniture section (near the check-out before leaving the warehouse area) - is a definite source for great opportunity-finds at reduced prices.
Self checkout employees like to treat people as if they’re stealing when there is more than 1 order in the cart. Had to literally wave my receipt in her face for her to leave us alone. Also there is no stock here of anything.
Walking through IKEA is what I do to imagine owning a home. Also, their Swedish Meatballs are top tier.
I went in to return a 3 drawer Brimnes dresser (I paid $109) and a 4 drawer Brimnes chest of drawers (I paid $129) because they are on the recall issued by IKEA. This dresser has fallen on my son, so I wanted to get a new dresser as IKEA has advertised. I come to find that I was only offered $99 for each unit. I am extremely disappointed in IKEA. I would think that they would at least reimburse me with enough money to replace the set THEY had on recall, not less. Why should I be out of pocket to replace THEIR error? The woman in the showroom politely showed me to the more "economically friendly" line. ???????? Thank you for the embarrassment. It wasn't that I couldn't afford the $40 difference, it was that I wasn't prepared to pay out of my pocket for IKEA'S MISTAKE. When I called their customer service number, the woman was unhelpful and cold to my situation. I will not continue to give my hard earned money to a company that won't give me full value back. Regardless if these dressers were less expensive at that time or not, they should be giving you enough back to replace the set you initially had. Unfortunately IKEA, you have lost a customer. I am VEEY DISAPPOINTED. ???????????? I hope this helps others making decisions about which store they should shop with.
When you visit 1 Ikea, you have visited all of them, this is not a bad thing. I always forget about Ikea until I go there, then I wonder why I don't shop here more. This one has easy access from the QEW, always busy, with a grocery store, Jysk, a cheaper Ikea, and a Treasure Quest store. The only issue I have is the front door, why does Ikea jam everyone in and out through a double door? Carts, strollers and people, not good.
Nice place to shop for relatively cheap furniture. The place is massive and can get you tired easily, but there is a cafe on a 2nd floor and next to check out area there is a small fast food location where they serve nice sausage and hot drinks with unlimited refills ????????
????Lots of parking, easy access, clean, well organized, lots of product, great displays to give you ideas, pricing is reasonable, restaurant is super inexpensive, Covid practices in place. ????tea light scent selection was down, hard to find a sales associate when you need one,
Great and spacious with lot of options however they don't have all the merchandise available there and they send you to their warehouse around 5-7 minutes driving
Always fun to come and go walking! Food is so so. It's not horrible but not the best. It's priced decently.
Great deals. Frames on sale, picked up night tables for son.
There are a few items available, most of the items are out of stock, and there is no a specific time for their availability. Every body blame on Covid! Who knows!?
A good variety and selection of furniture! It's the best IKEA store in our neighborhood! All the things could be easily found shortly. The Swedish restaurant is highly recommended after the browsing which takes some time. We check out this store after a while and we always find something useful for our home!
Plenty of parking and space however due to it's store size may feel crowded. IKEA Burlington shares the parking lot with other busy retailers including a Fortino's. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean and can handle large crowds especially with it's size and volume. The food is great and the prices are fair especially the services they provide. The product availability has been getting better and they maintain great stock levels. The city hasn't done a great job supporting the exist of this plaza. It gets crazy during the holidays and back to school season.
Unfortunately alot of items on backorder this last visit I didn't get anything I wanted, had hoped to find a few things for projects and nothing, as well no help any more to design kitchen
I love IKEA, clean store, great staff. However, my one comment is that the returns process needs to be clearer and more streamlined. I checked in (as per their instructions in the store) but people were coming in through another entrance. After about 15mins and 5 other people jumping in the line. I asked the lady what the process was and she hadn't checked me in via the QR code that I scanned.. Had I of walked like everyone else (and not followed the protocol) I would have been out of there 30mins earlier..
They were sold out of everything we wanted! I have never gone to an ikea and had this happen, before. Sometimes, like one or two things, but 6/7 items we went to collect were gone. Also, as a first for an Ikea I've been in, the bathrooms were gross! Pee on the seat and no soap in the thingy.
It's the closest IKEA around and you'll find pretty much everything you need here.
Compared to North york and Vaughan they have less products. I usually go there for the food especially meatballs and mashpotato.
Always has something different love ikea
Just picked this up via curb side pickup. The ordering process was seamless and wait time to have the item brought to my car was most likely quicker than if the store was open for regular business and I got and paid for it myself. Way to go IKEA!
Clean place with great selection of food and items to browse and buy! My friends and I got their Swedish meatballs and fish and chips, along with garlic bread and Daim cake.
No staff, drove a distance there as said 10 were in stock. Got there said one was left went to bin and none were left. Found 2 clerks standing around and were of absolutely no help. Me and IKEA will never been seen again as I have no time for a Mickey Mouse club store. In conclusion it was a joke and waste of time going there thus, they will see no more!
They can be hit or miss on product availability, but this most recent visit I scored the last item of two things I wanted, so I feel pretty good
I came in to return a recalled Malm Dresser which has caused child deaths in the past. Lady at the counter was extremely rude and treated me as if I was there to scam the system. She refused to issue a full refund claiming there was a …
Typical IKEA, good and fun to peruse, find affordable ideas to better the home. Surprisingly crowded given covid- wasn't easy to social distance.
Clean, bright, organized, easy to find staff when you need them and they are knowledgeable and friendly. Excellent prices. Take a day... you'll need it.
Good place with lots of collection. Sales people on the floor needs to be professional and treat every customers equally regardless customer status, buying product or amount. Found sales people unprofessional!
We bought the 5 drawer chest online. There is 5$ charge for i guess someone has to get the order and bring to your car. Its worth it than lining up to get to the store. Lol I cant say much about the in store appeeance, staff attitude, etc since I was just asked for the last 4 digit and was told that it's ready at the back of the car. I thought it will be loaded up too but she dash away. It was very busy day for IKEA..
We got home delivery from this location everything looks great no missing pieces no damage. The delivery service this location uses is friendly, on time and reliable. Instructions are simple and not over complicated. We got the Brimmel dresser great price and easy enough for my 8-year-old to put together while I guided her with instructions. Great product and value, I will definitely be buying more furniture from this location!
Had what I wanted. Unfortunately, it was a display model and they would not sell it. The kitchen remodeling is fine, but a lot of junk.
Worst place if you go to the returns and exchange. Had an embarrassing experience when my wife went to the returns and exchanges today as we billed an item twice yesterday. This was the first time I had to go to return section and had to experience the worst behaviour from the Cashier. Ikea should invest in teaching customer service to the staff. From the billing counter Ellen phoned somebody and they told that we had taken two pillows as rolls without billing yesterday. The rolled items were actually 2 Meistervick twin firm mattresses that we bought yesterday. We had been helped by a cashier in the counter yesterday and this was such a mean way to behave to a customer who has purchased from your store for more than $2k in two days over the family weekend. We complained to the customer service and they tried to console us by giving meal coupons which didn’t accept. You need to understand that giving discounts or meal coupons is not the way to address an unsatisfied customer. After all lack of soft skills from your staff has spoiled our family day evening.
Ikea has everything for your home and your life. This place is clean, up to date with current trends, has a lot of items in stock and is easy to maneuver. The old "As-is" section was better and they used to have a lot more selection. Other than that, great place to find what you need.
This is second times I went there from Mississauga, spent almost three hours each time and finalized what I wanted. But when I went to aisle area most of items were sold out and there was no notice in show room about the non availability of those items. Ultimately I have to walkout with unwanted stuff only. Very disappointed…
We have always had good experience from here. There is a wide selection of products. Customer service is great. Price varies depending on what you are buying, but there is something for everyone. Today we tried their curbside pickup. They call it "click and collect". Nice experience in general. The collection process is very straightforward. You park in one of the parking spots for curbside pickup and text them your order number and parking spot number. And one of their associates brings the items to your car. They charge $5 for curbside pickup. Totally worth it and saves you from the hassle of yourself navigating through their huge store, especially during covid days. Besides from the furniture, we enjoy their food too. Our favorites are fish and chips, veggie dogs, and ice cream cones.
The place is very nice and has a great variety of items to choose from. I would recommend to check online first if they have in stock what you are looking for. In my case I lost my trip to the place and ended ordering online. However, I found that some of the items I wanted (bed and night tables) were not eligible for shipping.
Worst return process. It took 30 min to wait to have appointment call. Then in queue 20min more..and only two people are helping in return..what are mess..they need to increase the return station more same as paying station. Paying is made so easy, but process for returning items sucks
IKEA never disappointed us. We have purchased several good quality items over the years, for family and for kids. We also love the food every time we go there :-).
Supply chain must be hurting them. Out of stock on a number of items. But still lots of nice ikea stuff.
Me and my daughter dropped in there today , we were utterly disappointed with the amount of customers they were letting in their store.Walking down the aisles crowded people beyond 50% capacity ,also some people not wearing masks. …
Purchased a Lack Shelf for delivery online. The unit came with a huge dent in one of the shelves. They informed me they will send me another shelf in 7 to 10 more days. However they did not refund my delivery payment. DO NOT PURCHASE STUFF FROM IKEA ONLINE. Its a rip off! This was my first time and it will definitely be my last!!
The return process is great, you can check the wait time online at home and if the wait is long, just sign up and head to the store when the eta is closer! Or book an appointment and pretty much walk right in at your time , how convenient!
Bad customer services for returns. I booked my appointment a week ago, and yet 45 min waiting. The door girl let walk in cut the line because they have big wardrobe stuffs instead of base of appointment.
This store is beyond frustrating. Not only do they charge you to pick up your stuff they cant even fulfill your order on the date you were provided which was Today between 7am to 8pm. As you can see I did not get notified my items were ready even though they charged me for pick up. Terrible experience when the items I ordered could of been collected literally in 5 minutes for over the past 2.5 days when I ordered TUESDAY morming. Thank you for valuing your customers time IKEA. Bad customer service.
It's always busy, we just created a kitchen with a kitchen designer and had a pretty good experience. It is like a giant maze that forces you into every single aspect of the store as they control you like The wizard of Oz... In order to break the spell you need to ask for assistance to find a way out or else you'll end up spending $1,000 over what you originally came for.
We did curbside pick up. We drove in and checked in using the link provided in the email. Someone brought out our order in only a couple of minutes. The experience was very good. Will use curbside again. Avoids having to shop in a busy store and hoping for inventory.
Usually has lots of stock and is kept clean. The show rooms are amazing if you are trying to figure out how to design your house. The food is not as good at this ikea compared to the others in the area. There are items they have removed from the menu, like vegan frozen yogurt. They also changed the hot dogs so they are no longer chicken and beef. They now have pork in them (which is a huge downgrade).
The manager at this location has really dropped the ball. The product are nonexistent and the staff has always been nonexistent and rude they spend all their time on cell phones and horsing around and if you ask for help because I am disabled they treat you with the attitude don't bother me I am just putting in time to get my pay check. It about time they got people at this location that care about the company. That start at the top.
Huge line up at 4pm... but it moved quickly. When we came out at 5pm, no more line up to get in.
Only one star missing but it is a personal one. I hadn't been to IKEA for years, as it is a bit of a hike for us, so I was pretty shocked to see the layout had changed and not for the better. You walk around this store about 5 times before you find what you came for. The clerks on hand are just as confused as we were and we were constantly shown the wrong directions to our question. Certainly don't go if you are in a hurry or tired!! ????
I just picked up an order from them, so amazingly run! So long story but I accidentally ordered 2 of something instead of one, I know silly me my fault, and immediately called to fix it. The call center said nope cant canel order you have to do it with the store but they will do it. Okay no biggie the email said call this number to cancel but I understand it's a difficult time. I get to the store and they say they cannot i must take both and return the other when they open in June. I was upset because the item is expensive and I cant get a refund or return until June and asked to talk to someone else. Still couldn't and you could tell this was a call center mistake not their mistake and I made sure to tell them I'm not mad at them or with their store at all just frustrated. The woman I spoke to was so nice, she offered me a gift card to help out and then explained how to return when June comes around. Super nice people, organized and well run. Call center obviously is not thinking about the stores but that's not their fault. Thank you for doing everything you could!
It's an older building and there is no escalator like the etobicoke location but not bad. But i hate the ikea mouse maze.
Love it here. So close to home. Had a great day with my daughter. Always a good outing when going to IKEA.
Giving them 5 stars for the fish & chips! Products are great anyway.
I love going to IKEA and finding new things to add to my house. I recently went with my boyfriend and purchased a desk, a lamp, a light fixture, blinds and a few smaller items. I would give IKEA 4 stars except the assembly instructions are terrible. There are no words and the pictures aren't that clear. I often resort to YouTube videos of people putting together an item to understand how to assemble it. I think IKEA needs better pictures, descriptions, or downloadable content, or even a CD ... something, showing how to put the item together from start to finish. I also visited the food court which I had high hopes for but wasn't to satisfied. I definitely wouldn't visit the food court again. I will return to IKEA in the future, I just hope they upgrade the assembly instructions and the quality of the food available in the food court.
It was great. Lots of parking available. Curbside pickup on a mattress. You got there and where back on our way home in like 5 minutes. Checked in and they immediately brought our mattress out.
Historically, the products are decent, until you have a problem. Customer service cannot seem to solve this issue even when there is stock at other locations. Photo shows a misalignment of drill holes and a not so square cut that causes a gap. Poor workmanship. Poor Inspection of their products.. Really poor customer facing employees in the guise of customer “service”.
Went there to buy storage containers, the only ones they had were on the top shelf. So we asked for assistance to get them down but we were told they couldn't do it for safety reasons.
Great store. Lots of staff and everyone is friendly. Hasn’t been very busy any of the times I have been. The washrooms could be cleaner, much cleaner. The steel handles were very rusted and gross and the stalls were not kept clean. Expect much better from a store like IKEA.
Nice Ikea Museum. Nothing in stock, have fun walking around and eating some meatballs.
Grest place to shop, very friendly staff found what we came for and check out was fast
Not the same now that computers have taken over Waited twice as long at returns as well as having to enter info A pain in the you know ???? what.
I love this IKEA. It’s always busy, yes, but any IKEA is really. They almost always have what I need in stock. I really like what they’ve done with the returns process during the pandemic as well.
Great store but right now stock is very low We didn't buy anything nothing in stock left store with nothing long drive for nothing.
We went for a visit at this location on a Friday night. Just picking up a few items required for the home. It seems less busy than on a Sunday afternoon. Parking was much easier to find a spot. If you've ever been to an IKEA store, you already know the drill. Walk around trying to find something amusing to do with random items, while your wife figures all the amazing changes that are going to happen in your home. Very clean and well organized store. Plenty of staff on hand to answer questions.
Over the years a few things have been out of stock in store even though the website says it's there. And COVID has not been kind to the supply chain - lots of things are out of stock.. Otherwise this is an excellent store. Love browsing the show rooms upstairs, always get great ideas!!
As with any IKEA, this place is a maze. But besides that the stock on website always matches what’s in store, and I’m always happy with the purchase I make here.
I get lost everytime but love the place. Just wish the check out line ups were shorter. Always such a long wait.
I ordered a kitchen online the order was not going through and then I called customer service and was advised to visit store. After our visit we placed order for delivery of kitchen which was promised in couple of days ... we met rude and unprofessional drivers who left stuff outside locked house even appliances we informed them before delivery that no one lives there. After that they send some other packages which were left in rain and all stuff become wet in storm I went there after 5 days and found it lying on the stairs all spoiled ... now there is no response from ikea no refund no cancelation of order no one is listning pl avoid buying bigger items from them they are not professionals at all
Love this place...did my kitchen ...had to return and exchange a lot of stuff....smooth and easy process.
I had a bad experience on September 4 2021. I was looking for a mattress and a pillow. I checked the website and found some stock is available. I live in Mississauga. I left for Burlington store. But no stock was available.
Have bought several items from here a nice place to visit but it's like a puzzle, always lost inside
Ikea was a good experience The staff were very helpful and looked up items for me .They suggested what to do when an item was not in stock. Ikea has great products and wonderful design ideas!
Love this place, one third if my furniture is from Ikea, they have the right size for my rooms.
Pickup details not clear, need to be better for the times. After logging into pickup, best to go inside to ensure your item is being looked after. Pickup time means nothing to any fast service.
Haven't been there for a while but they keep adding in self checkouts and taking out full service checkouts. If we have to go through the warehouse to select product, they can have manned full service checkouts. Going the way like every other retailer to save a buck
Tried to inquire about a return. The return desk said they couldn’t help without a receipt. We asked if someone else could look deeper into this and help. The original manager came out- didn’t explain her role, refused to do the exchange without receipt, even though there is a 10 yr warranty. Unable to assist with any problem solving. When we asked to speak to the Store Manager to help get this resolved, to help us find other solutions, so we can finish the Reno’s on our IKEA kitchen. The Assistant manager right away called us “defensive”. We actually had to ask him to keep it professional! Stop name calling, and to focus on the business at hand - unbelievable . He was condescending, hyper and just seemed angry. I asked him to look at the Ikea Family Account to find my receipt please. Further, it was not helpful for the first manager to be also standing there interjecting saying the same thing over again and rolling her eyes at other staff laughing at us. It was a Gang up session , for some reason. I asked for his business card, “I don’t have one” . I asked for the number for the General Manager, “you can’t contact them”. I asked him for in-store help “ you have to contact the Call Center”. We were respectful, direct and tried to keep the conversation on track. Both managers were speaking at the same time and were totally disrespectful. At the same time , my son called my phone while this conversation was taking place. As I lifted my phone to look. This “Manager” said I was taking his photo and I had to leave the store!!!! Are you kidding.!?! Why the heck would I want HIS picture!?!. what is that going to do for me!?!! Again….Hyper!! I couldn’t even respond to that…it was so outrageous! We were so embarrassed that this was happening In front of about 50 people. We left with our defective product and have been effectively kicked out of the store. $20,000 in a new kitchen purchase, plus so many other purchases…and this “manager” reacts this way. All of this unfolded in about 5 minutes. We also just bought our entire office suite from them. When you go to a brick and mortar store you expect a little respect and dignity and an ounce of professionalism. There is always an alternative. People like us take the effort to be a loyal customer and choose to shop in store, not online from the competition. But Instead we were met with a manager taking out his attitude on us, public embarrassment, finger pointing and Wild ACCUSATIONS! Then on his whim, with no reasonable grounds, expulsion from the store. How does this happen?? You can’t treat people like this.!!! Half of my home is furnished by IKEA. This is surreal. This must be resolved. This isn’t right.
The staff here are always very helpful & returns have always been a breeze. Zero complaints!
Great location! It’s very clean and organized, and it never disappoints with customer service. Would highly recommend.
Love Ikea! I don't go there unless on the hunt for a specific item, but I make sure I get the most out of my visit. I check out all the new items (and regular items), the mock room set-ups, the discounted area, and of course the food area, not to forget their restaurant. Over the years, my family, friends and myself have bought several major pieces of furniture, lighting, linens, drapes, children's items, ... We have never had a problem with any of Ikea's products. We are currently ready to buy more furniture and already have our eyes set on some of Ikea's new products. Ikea is not just shopping, it's an experience!
Terrible organization. I had a paid booked appointment with their planning crew. The day before I received an email telling me to show security I had an appointment and I would not have to wait in line. Security had no idea they could let …
You will find so many items on show however, they don’t have it. Sales persons are useless since you have to fall in line for half an hour to ask for details and if you don’t run out of patience, you may find them unwelcoming and not into what they’re suppose to do. Good luck with lineups.
Store is ok. But seriously stay away from the hot dogs. Cold right from the counter. Mind went right in the bin.
IKEA’s (Burlington store) Returns process really need some re-thinking! I rec’d a ‘thank you for preparing your return’ eMail - which clearly states “Hi. When arriving at your preferred IKEA store, have ready: - Your proof of purchase - This email - Your products In the IKEA store we will help you with your refund. See you there, IKEA”…but NO MENTION that you need to book an appointment or that they wait time would be 2+ hours!!! I then booked an appointment for the next day at 4:00pm - only to find that they had NO record of the booking and that I’d have to queue up again for my return to be processed !(*!#!!). IT SHOULDN’T BE THIS DIFFICULT. Quite uncompetitive in today’s business environment. Lastly, there doesn’t seem to be a place:way on the ikea website to leave written feedback.
Wrong pricing on shelves. Returns a nightmare. Have shopped at IKEA for over 35years and totally disappointed with my visit today. Customer service no better.
Always a great place to shop. The store has been experiencing stock shortages. Always wise to check ahead before shopping in person.
They increased their price recently, 6 drawers dresser was 159$ and now is 219$, almost 37% is too much
To me, this place is a little piece of Europe. The food is excellent. Everything else is the same well known IKEA standard. I wish they had real store in the KWC area, I feel this is a real missed opportunity with all the Universities here and students wanting to furnish their places.
A fun trip. Well priced items. Easy to set up! Enjoyed going before with less capacity. Didn’t feel rushed to look at things and didn’t have people bump into me
A decent shopping experience. Lots of parking although a long line to get in sure to the COVID restrictions. Lots of room to move around and shop. On the main for in the kitchen utensil area it was very congested and hard to maintain social distancing. Kitchen staff very helpful The snack area did not have gluten free snacks. #localguides #nonglutenfree #ngf
My partner and I went to ikea tonight to order our kitchen because the online site was down but the wait was longer than expected as they were extremely understaffed. Millie continually checked in with us and provided us with updates on the status of people ahead of us and remaining wait time. The planner, Fabianna, went above and beyond to ensure we were able to meet with her, skipping her dinner break to help us and answer all of our questions, ensuring each cabinet and appliance was properly placed so there will be no issues or roadblocks upon install. We strongly recommend ikea kitchens as you can make your design come to life with their online tool and can consult with their very personable design team at any time for reassurance
Wow, big store with two floors of shopping pleasure! You could go broke there. Not enough time in a day to go through everything. Decent prices on great merchandise. Would've given 5 stars if vaccination passports weren't required for in-restaurant dining. No passports necessary if you're just shopping or ordering food for take out. Bathrooms located on both floors.
Careless people, very poor customer service...Delivery should be May 18, took day off to receive my package around $300, no one show up and no one care to call me or to update the delivery day???!!! what a careless people and bad customer service.. will never buy from IKEA anymore.. you have to learn how to deal with customers... what kind of management do you have? !!!???? … upper management do you care about your customers.. do your job right … some respect to customer time and money..
What you'd expect from an IKEA store. It's well organized, has nice room displays/set ups, and staff are helpful. The store is right off the highway and is easy to access, with lots of parking.
Nothing more to say for IKEA, its one stop for home furnishing. If you can manage transport its a best place to shop for.
Had just what I needed at a fantastic price. I love that I am able to verify stock before going, not wasting my time! Also have great staff; polite, respectful and knowledgeable!
Great variety of items. The displays are pretty detailed. I'm including a few images on here, but there is lots more to see. The reason for the 4 stars is because every staff we spoke with on the floor was unfriendly and short. The place is nice, clean, organized, but customer service is not their number one priority. Prices vary. Some items are way overpriced and some can be considered pretty inexpensive.
Always love coming here. Super busy, like always. Very clean and well organized. Picked up a few good items.
Very clean, organized facility. Nice restaurant, that represents some of their foods sold downstairs. Put in a kitchen from IKEA 5 years ago. Stayed like new. Looking to design a new kitchen for a son.
It’s a well run IKEA, haven’t noticed any major issues during my last visit. Haven’t tried the food in a while so giving 4 stars.
Always good deal for your home furnishings. After days shopping you have good food at a very reasonable price.
It's always awesome at Ikea ! Lots of selection ! Great shopping atmosphere ????
Walked around the store, seen what we wanted, but when we got to the end to pick up our items they were out. Usually they place a tag on the display when the stock is out.
Kind and helpful staff. The girls in the warehouse went out of their way to help me find what I was looking for. Just sucks that most items I needed were out of stock.
I want to compliment IKEA on the latest advertisement that offers comforting wonderful music, very comfortable warm words and connections by the various floating circles! Well done! Perfect for this stressful pandemic time. Very creative. I wish you all continued success.
Line up was pretty long but fast moving considering...only waited about 15 minutes to get in. Once in, staff was sooo helpful with finding what I needed and keeping people from bottlenecking at checkouts. LOTS of great deals!
Super nice lady helped me with so many questions without getting annoyed! Also their meatballs are delicious!
It is like a joke! I bought a sofa bed and IKEA delivered the frame and mattress cover and said the mattress will be delivered in July 26th. Now it is a month that my small apartment is occupied with the big useless frame and they say it is out of stock! I called them several times and nobody answers clearly about this.
It's Ikea. You buy, you build, you enjoy.
Wish the parts can be organized better. Got a set of chair but parts are different shelves and bins. Picked up the wrong items easily, needed to get the correct items and to return the wrong items again, waste of time!
Purchased our kitchen cabinets and PAX closet organizers from here and have no complaints. Also can grab a cheap meal or snack while you are there!
Helpful people inside. Good layout but shortages on most items due to the pandemic. wish they had the kids play area. minus a star for letting that go.
Unfortunately most stuff is always out of stuck but some times we find what we need.
Is it supply chain issues? Seems like 90% of the items I want are not available or out of stock. Should have went to Vaughan or Etobicoke, but they are a long drive. 1 good thing is I found a bunch of items in the "as-is" section so not everything was a lose.
sales man in bedding tonight told me t drive t otobiko for a mattress because they had plenty in stock. when I got t otobiko after an hour of traffic they said they hadn't had it in days
I recently was interested in purchasing a sofa from ikea that was priced at $999.00 but due to supply issues they are out of stock so I have been waiting and checking for stock availability. I went to check today and they have increased the exact same sofa from $999.00 to $1599.00
I bought a candle here. My friend Cory likes the nose taste of it.
Ikea was great. Not too crowded, which is a good thing. Missing lots of items due to deliveries, I was told. Great help at the self check out, and throughout the store. One thing I can't understand is why are their hot dogs always cold, and the buns not heated?
Ikea amazes me with the design and choices. They have wonderful customer service. And their dine in is open now.
There was a line to go in that looked like it was going to be a long wait (probably like 20 people ahead of me) but got in in less than 10 min. Following protocols for masks...etc. The store is similar to other locations of Ikea. Ice cream …
Ikea Burlington is huge, they have everything you need for your home. They have varities of option of furniture. They have a display center in the upper floor where you can see it and decide which one you want. Their foods are tasty and very reasonable. I love their frozen yoghurt they are the best.
