In the past I have had good experiences at Bouclair however today was not the case. To preface, I am in no way an Anti-mask or Antivaxx supporter, however I am a supporter of small business and customer service. There was zero customer service today given your new Covid Protocols. I understand keeping distance, wearing a mask and such but this was extreme. I received an email in black and white bold font advising me step by step instructions for when I arrive. Do not exit your vehicle Present your driver's license through the CLOSED window to the employee. Do not exit until the employee is back inside the store Load your massive boxes unassisted into your vehicle and leave the cart behind. The employee will write your license plate number down as confirmation of pick-up OKAY, so we are OUTSIDE in fresh air with no other people around and we are wearing masks. This seems like over kill. I felt like I was visiting the Soup Natzi but with less interaction! To no fault of the employee as she is following instructions of the head office but come on! She used sign signals to advise me to not open the window and that I had to sign a sheet with the pen she just touched that I would then touch! I could care less, but it seems a little hypocritical that I can't open my window OUTSIDE, but we all touch the same pen. Then I get out to get the cart which was left on the curb with my 2 big boxes. The handle of the cart fell off while I was trying to get it to my car and with noone to help me I had to chase it through the parking lot. I kept looking for the hidden camera from a gag show. Is this what we have become? No human interaction at all? Retail still requires the customer to feel welcomed and that their business is appreciated. Seriously, you can do curbside with a little customer service, come on. I know as I have been in the industry for 25 plus years. Perhaps from a distance we could say Hello, Goodbye, thanks for coming? This makes me not want to shop at your store. Whoever makes decisions at Bouclair Head Office needs to come back to reality.

Takes over a month for online order to arrive in store. Customer service number on there website just rings and rings and rings. I have never been able to get someone on the phone and the employees in store do not know anything about online orders. I will never order from here again.

I had always driven by this store but never went in. My Aunt suggested them for blinds and we got blinds for our patio door at a great price! The same blinds at blinds to go were super expensive. They also have really neat art work and home decor.

Our experience today at Bouclair Burlington was nothing short of amazing. From standing in line to checking out the staff went above and beyond. They were friendly, engaging and so sweet. We went to decorate my daughter's bedroom for her 10th bday. It was our first time out shopping in a long time due to the pandemic and the staff were just incredible. Ive honestly never had a shopping experience like it with such friendly staff. Please please please get them name tags! I want to refer to these lovely people by their names. This is officially our new favourite gem of a store (and the decor is top notch!!)

Went in today at store opening to pick up my online order. Granted it was pouring rain and who knows what was happening inside, however, I saw one employee pull up to the door and enter the store right at 10am. Shortly after, another customer was standing outside in the cold, facing the locked door, when the store should have been open. The doors opened between 1005 and 1010 as I waited in my car, directly in front of the store. Again, there could be a reason for the delay to which I am not privy to. What I was quite perturbed about was the curt treatment that I received from a Sales Associate (her name tag was hidden) when I approached to pick up my online order. I offered to show the confirmation email and she abruptly told me that all she needed was my name. I provided both my first and last name. She then asked for an initial. I proceeded to ask whether she wanted that of my first or last name, she curtly said "I just need an initial. What is your first name. Just the initial of your first name." I must admit that my response was short as I was not pleased to have been treated so poorly as I was merely inquiring whether she wanted the initial of my first or last name. I will commend the Sales Associate for recognizing her mistreatment of me as upon her return with my package, she apologized for being short with me. I accepted her apology as it certainly took courage to take such ownership. The remainder of the check out was uneventful and she was pleasant enough. While I can appreciate that it might have been a tough morning for her and I do not know her situation, I do not appreciate such treatment. Kudos to her for apologizing though. I'm not sure whether I'll be back any too soon.

Great selection of sale items. I loved the humorous signs...but that's me. I usually find that the sales are pretty picked through. Not the case. Staff didn't really acknowledge me though. But they did others, and it may have been be side I was texting with my loved one who wasn't there about their thoughts on the items and they were being considerate.

Really good experience on the phone with my initial purchase. I bought 2 bar stools and returned them a day later when they didn't match my other furniture. The woman I dealt with on the phone wasn't there. The two ladies working were unfriendly and pointed to a cart for my returns. I was left to struggle with the cart and the door when returning my items. Then offered no help bringing the items back in. On the purchase visit I was treated much better, a staff member helped me to my car with the two boxes. I simply had to open my car door and the boxes were handed to me. I am to understand they were very busy that day but a customer should never take the brunt of that. If you're tired go on a break! It takes a lot for me to post a bad review. Wish I could remember the one lady on the phone who was amazing.

What a great experience I had today at the Burlington Bouclair. Lianne saved the day! I am a Real Estate Agent and a home stager and was desperate for a couple of items. None of the items I picked were in stock. Liane picked substitutes for me, she literally hand picked them and was able to attend to everything on the spot. These guys are working so hard to make everyone happy while being extra safe, distant and kind. They are so busy running back and forth but always had a smile on their face Kudos!!

If you want your items this year, do not order online. Their turn around times are ridiculous. There is no difference in time whether you choose store pick up or home delivery. They need a better online shopping option.
