We've used White Knight twice now - once for a big job, painting the exterior of our house, and most recently for a small job doing a bedroom and dressing room. Sonja is a great resource for colour advice, and Bob and his team are professional and a pleasure to work with. They did an excellent job in both situations, using quality materials, arriving on time and completing the work on schedule. On the recent job, Bob also sourced a carpenter to do some repair and trim replacement prior to the painting, work that was completed quickly and to White Knight's high standards. We will definitely be using White Knight when we need painting done in the future.

I found Sonja of White Knight painting to be very professional and efficient. She was quick to send the estimate and was on budget. Des R. was promptly on cite every morning, on time with coffee and lunch breaks. The painting was cleanly done with no bleeding of paint at corners. Everything that had been in the estimate was done Including a few little improvements from a previous old paint job. Des R. was pleasant, courteous and professional. Left the work cite cleaned up and in good order. I would definitely recommend White Knight Painting to friends and family.

White Knight Painting painted the exterior of our 1912 home and provided amazing service from the initial quote to the final inspection. This is a family owned painting business which is reflected in their attention to detail and customer attention. The crew members were hardworking, conscientious, and respectful....and really nice! Lucas, the crew leader, kept us in the loop at all times and made sure we were consulted on all decisions. He answered any and all questions and always had a smile or a chuckle for us. We are going to miss him and his crew.

They responded promptly to my email request, came out for an estimate during the pandemic and they were very conscientious about mask-wearing, even when they came to paint in July when mask restrictions were lifted, they wore a mask and removed their shoes whenever they came inside to use the washroom. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

We recently had a large interior paint job and renovation done by White Knight Painting. The painting and drywall repair was very well done. They spent loads of time on preparation and were very attentive to detail. However, despite all the time they took in making sure preparations were done perfectly, the workers did not take any time at all to protect our house while they worked. The first day of drywalling they did not cover our belongings with poly and got dust on everything (despite the fact that I had asked if they would cover our things or if I should do it myself). As the job progressed this got worse. They left scratches in our sink and took a small nick out of it. They left a scratch on our counter, our coffee table and also dragged something on our hardwood floors, leaving many scratches. They cleaned grout off their tools in one of our sinks to the point that the grout had to be chiseled out of the u-bend. They left a mess outside after telling us they would clean it up. Yet, the work itself was well done. Bob and Lucas were great and there were never any problems with communication. Sonja helped us pick out lovely colours which look terrific. They did their best to rectify what they could, but things like scratched hardwood floors can't be fixed easily. Hopefully this experience will help them make a few minor changes in how they run their business so that it doesn't happen again.

They keep to their cost and time estimates and help with colour selection and other decisions. They are an ethical local business that supports the community. White Knight recently did such excellent interior work for me - I had to spend a week working on my floors just so they would look at least half as good as the paint job! About ten years ago I took estimates from five companies for some exterior work, one of which was White Knight. Even though White Knight was not the least expensive up front, I am confident they were in the long run. After Bob Fuchs explained the care they would take - not just the detailed painting, the extensive prep, the on-going clean-up - I made the best choice. Since then, I have stopped taking estimates from other outfits. Whenever I need painting done, I just call Bob. You should too. Your job will be done according to the highest professional standards; on budget, on time, on your walls right! My house is a hundred years old, but the parts painted by White Knight look brand new.

White Knight recently painted my house for me. It's an older wood-sided house with a lot of paint peeling and damage, so I knew I needed a company that would properly prep the house. White Knight was wonderful to deal with - they fully understood the best way to prevent future peeling, came out for a colour consultation on the weekend, and were incredibly professional during their time at my house. They did an excellent job both prepping and painting, and stayed in constant contact with me during the process. Their quote was more expensive than other companies I spoke to, but I truly believe that's because they put in the time to do proper prep work on the house and built that into their price, vs just powerwashing and painting the house. I have no regrets with choosing them for my job, and will be using them again!
