We had Pro Palette paint the exterior of our 1910 character home this summer. The experience was terrific start to finish. We got a timely quote and lots of consultation on colour and finish throughout the job. Power washer was scheduled a couple of weeks before the job and managed to graciously take a few unrelated jobs off my weekend to do list - this was unexpected and appreciated. The painting crew was very pleasant and professional and left the worksite clean every night ( a big deal with kids and dogs around). The crew was very communicative, when required, and worked diligently through the heat. The whole experience was extremely low stress for us - unusual for work done around the house - and the house looks great. Thanks to Gord and the whole team.

We got Pro Palette Painting to paint our in home office. With Ceilings that are about 12 foot high and walls to match it was a hard job. They were punctual and very professional. They also gave us great advice on how the colour that we choose would work with the white of the walls. They got the job done fast (which was awsome) and the office looks great! I can't possibly say enough wonderful things about our experience with Pro Palette Painting, but I will try. After receiving multiple quotes, we decided to go with Pro Palette, not only because of the fair price, but mostly because of the clear and consistent communication I had with the owner, Gord. While we didn't have a huge job, we always felt as though we were very important clients. After having dealt with multiple tradespeople during our renovation, I had often felt as though my projects were not a priority for other companies, so this was extremely refreshing. We used them for our interior and a few months later, our entire exterior of our Fairfield heritage home. The team was ALWAYS punctual/early, and super friendly and respectful. They were even cognizant of noise during my son's nap time. I worked with a third party designer for colours but trusted Gord's professional opinion regarding which products to use, instead of the designer who only recommended products from the company she represented. His experience was clear to me and I'm glad I listened to his advice. There were times during both jobs where I changed my mind and/or added additional work to their plates but they were more than happy to accommodate my requests and managed my expectations well. I never felt negatively surprised by the results, costs or timing of things thanks to the frequent communication and updates. I always felt as though they had my interests at heart and felt that they were honest and thoughtful with suggestions and feedback. Following are a few examples of how they delivered beyond expectations: Example#1:I did not expect them to move my Murphy Bed (which is bolted into the wall) so they could perfectly paint the wall behind it & then bolt the Murphy bed back into the wall. I figured/expected they would just paint around it. I am proud to own an Arts & Crafts Bungalow in Fairfield. I see myself as the custodian of this home built in 1914 and want to care for it the best I can. It has needed a full exterior painting for a few years now, but the quotes I got from so-called 'student' painters were similarly astronomical. USE THESE GUYS!!! Gord and Sean came out promptly to give me an estimate on the job and also emailed the quote to me promptly. They were professional right from the start and I felt comfortable with them in my home. I had two other companies provide quotes as well to do my due diligence. Of the three quotes, Pro Palette was not the cheapest, but they were also not the most expensive. I also would not have been comfortable leaving the staff of the cheapest quote alone in my house - that is worth money in my books!! I also value being told what day(s) the job will be done and knowing that the company will do what they say. Gord and Sean were always on time, did the job quickly and efficiently and it looks great! Not just that, but they did some extras that weren't even quoted at no extra cost - even when offered payment. I would highly recommend Gord and his team at Pro Palette any day of the week. I had a large job and a very specific schedule. He was and his team were very accommodating and professional. I had 3 different companies come by the property and provide quotes. All the quotes were close. The biggest differences were that the other 2 companies wouldn't take no for an answer and were very high pressure. The other 2 companies also mostly employed students that had little to no experience. The other companies also used a lower quality, higher VOC paints. I had other contractors working around the property and Gord's team was always very accommodating and professional. The biggest thing... very competitive price, very professional, honest, no pressure, accommodating and more experience than most companies in the area.

Pro Palette did a super job of painting the exterior of our old stucco house. It involved lots of window and door trim, high dormers, as well as some stucco and fascia repair. From start to finish, the service and workmanship was top quality. The men on the job were hard workers, good communicators and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the trim color etc. The work was done in good time and at a fair price. I needed the whole top floor of a house painted, most of which was the original oil based paint from when it was built in the mid 1970's. Gord and Matt were recommended to me, but I also got three other quotes to compare, but I selected them for expertise & knowledge, price, and also the fact that they accept credit cards. I have to say these guys did a excellent job, finished early so I was better able to meet my tenant's move in date, and they really had my back in a number of ways including: ensuring a high quality professional job, catching when the paint colouring was off in terms of what they knew I wanted, and they even came back to do a 2nd post job touch up after the flooring guys had finished, fixing some of the things they had marked even in one area that my guys never even painted. Even my friends back up my assessment, the place looks like its brand new now! Totally exceeded my expectations and a real pleasure to work with, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pro Palette Painting to anyone who was looking for a top notch job.

Gord did a great job in repainting our kitchen and entrance corridor this week. Before embarking on the exterior painting of our house, my husband and I invited 3 different paint companies to submit a quotation. We were impressed that Gord of ProPalette arrived on time for our scheduled appointment, took all the time we needed to walk around the house with us discussing our ideas, and give us an estimate within the hour. It was within our budget, but more than that, we felt that we were in good, and experienced, hands. The work began in early May; the house was power washed on a Thursday, and the crew of three painters started the painting the following Monday. By the end of the first day, the house was fully masked and the first coat of paint was sprayed on the rear. I was impressed not only with the speed of the workers, but the work ethic and effort that was put into doing a careful and precise job. As the week progressed, we came to appreciate the care that was taken by the crew to protect our shrubs, our walk ways, our windows and our driveway. At the close of each work day, all the ladders, drop cloths, paint cans and other paraphernalia was stored at the side of our house and covered with a tarp out of view. As the daughter of a professional painter, I am an experienced painter myself and I appreciated the quality of workmanship that went into transforming our tired looking house. The crew of ProPalette arrived each day, on time, and went straight to work. Matt was on site each day ensuring that the plan for painting was moving forward. The guys were friendly, respectful of our property, hardworking, and careful (and appreciative of the coffee and muffins I gladly offered!) We are delighted with the careful and precise work from ProPalette and we would not hesitate to call them again for our future painting needs.

Sorry it's taken me so long to write this review guys. Pro Palette painted my kitchen in January. I never believed what a good job they could do until I saw it. Attention to detail was impeccable. The way they patched up my ceiling and alcoves from what it used to look like to what it looks like now is a 1000% improvement. Staff were very professional and friendly. I trusted to give them a key to my home to let themselves in and lock up when they were done for the day. No issues. I had three other quotes and Pro Palette was the least expensive. I had to wait a little bit for them to do the job as they are so in demand but the wait was definitely worth it. You've made me a very happy customer and I won't hesitate to hire you back for other painting jobs I have in the future.
