Amira’s Hossein and his crew recently completed an entry-door staining job at our strata complex. Because of their excellent service and overall performance, I decided to write this review to appreciate their kind attention to our needs. This company has been working at our complex for the last 7 years on various projects such as: painting inside units, fences, pergolas and entry doors. The fact that our strata council continues to invite Hossein and his team, over these long years, for any painting related jobs is a testament to their high standards of quality, professionalism and the knowledge they bring to the jobs. Because of their knowledge in the painting technology, we see this relationship as a partnership and Hossein provides valuable input on every job.. With Hossein, no job is too small! In fact, this recent job was quite small relative to his other lucrative jobs he could undertake. However, as his loyalty to good customers is critical to his business and its success, he scheduled the job at our convenience and completed it on time. In an era where it is getting harder to find reliable and courteous tradespeople, it is heartening to find someone like Amira’s Painting. His crew are outstanding in terms of how they conduct at the site. Their attention to minute detail, their awareness to the safety of the units and being flexible to schedule the jobs, is much appreciated. August 22, 2019 We are very pleased with the exterior painting and restoration Amira’s Painting Ltd. did for our home during August. Hossein Ghodrat did extensive research and consulted with several experts (who visited our property to see the problems first hand) to determine the best product and process to restore and protect the rusting steel columns of our home’s exterior. The three painters who did the work were professional, timely, attentive to detail, and friendly. They followed appropriate safety procedures with protective clothing and breathing apparatus and were careful to secure ladders and scaffolding for the job. In addition to the work on the steel beams, they refinished weathered wood beams on the exterior of the house. The 10 day job was completed on time and on budget. My wife and I are very pleased with the beautifully finished work and the totally refreshed appearance of our home. We would be pleased to refer anyone to Amira’s Painting Ltd and will certainly not hesitate to use them again ourselves. Thank you! David and Christina Watkins

Initially I thought that Amira’s quote for exterior painting of our new home was a bit on the high side compared with other prices I had received. After going over the quote with Hossein and discussing what they had in mind to do we decided to go with his company. Hossein and his crew were quite simply fantastic! The prep work was very thorough and carefully done, the guys were great to have around, pleasant and courteous, cleanup was done at the end of every day and their work was flawless. Amira’s Painting is hands down the best painting company that I have encountered in my career.
