I can’t say enough about the crew that Ed used to paint the exterior of our home. Louie and his crew are incredibly efficient, clean and meticulous in their work. They completed all the work we asked and even went the extra mile to put a third coat of paint on the trim at the front of the house to ensure it “popped” just because they thought that was the best thing to do ( not because we asked!) Our job started a few days ahead of schedule and took fewer days than we expected. This is the second time we have used CertaPro (they painted the entire interior a few years ago). It was a good experience that time and this time was great! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and in fact our neighbour signed them up on the spot once they saw the great work this team did. From the time I contacted Ed for a quote until after the job was completed they were very professional and attentive to my requests, as I was not sure of how painting aluminum siding would look. We were renovating our upstairs which included new floor, trim, popcorn ceiling removal and painting. The worst part of the job was the painters. They spilled paint on the floor and on the receptacles, they didn't touch up their mistakes, they didn't sand down the mud properly, they didn't give two coats in some places. I spent a good deal of money on painting and after its all said and done I should have pocketed the money and done the job myself. I would not recommend these painters.
