After consulting with another company about mold removal, we felt like we were getting scammed, and decided to get a second opinion. I wish we'd gone to Rainbow International right from the start. It would have saved us so much time and stress! Terry was straightforward and honest in explaining the situation and process, which immediately put us at ease. We had technicians arrive just a few days later. They were knowledgeable and professional, explained things clearly, and completed the task efficiently. All in all, this team took the stress right out of our situation. We immediately felt like we would be in good hands and could trust them, and we were right. Wow, Kirk and his team came together quickly and efficiently. Flood January 1st, 2021- what a way to start the New Year. I called Rainbow International the following day, the crew arrived on Monday to inspect and place fans. Every phase of this project was laid out for me, so I knew what to expect and when to expect. Kirk was on top of it all, touching base with me consistently, dropping in to check the work being done, while in the background working with SGI to make sure everything was covered. We had some black mold on the ceiling of our garage due to the lack of insulation. Called a few places and they either not responding/give a quote or ask for ridiculous amount to pay. Rainbow international behaves very professional, our estimator Terry is very experienced and suggested exactly the reason that cause the mold through our first phone call. They were not rush and fixed it in about a week (not like a company said will fix it in 2-3 days, they really wait till everything is good to go for the next step). New drywalls were installed perfectly. We are happy about everything they did for us. Hope it won't happen again and we would definitely recommend Rainbow International for the professional fix of your house.

The crew that performed the work were incredibly polite and there was no mess left behind! Terry was very easy to communicate with and he explained things very well. I recently had some water damage in my home that I am renting. Landlords got a hold of their insurance company and within minutes I heard from rainbow international. Terry was very kind and inquisitive when asking what happened and learning what they could do for me as quickly as possible. It was like talking to family, yet the phone call was very professional. I felt as if all my needs were being taken into consideration and I must say they do love animals. My feline friend is basically my baby. They made accommodations in the home for him first before they did any work what so ever. They worked fast and efficiently but yet took their time fixing what they could. Travis was the main guy who came in to check through out this week and has answered any questions or concerns. **11 out of 10** I have since called again and they have no problem answering questions and making sure I have everything I need. Sorry for the long review but there isnt enough words to describe how wonderful rainbow International really is. Made my life much easier.

I recently had Rainbow complete a mould remediation project in the garage of a newly purchased home. Terry was our initial contact person and appointed Kedon to our project. Kedon was incredible to work with - timely, professional, and did an excellent job. Our garage has been perfectly restored, and I do not anticipate any further problems with it. Terry also made excellent recommendations for sub-trades which helped to get the work done in a timely fashion. With a number of people in our house Rainbow International in Saskatoon went above and beyond ensuring our house was quickly dried out, stuff moved to storage and returned clean and organized. All damaged items were carefully listed and easy to deal with with insurance. Rainbow internationals staff were all concerned about our safety and privacy and respected all our requests. The job was done quickly and our 1200 square feet renovated and done in less then 3 months. Very respectable and recommended.

Due to a broken, 2-nd floor bathtub drain, water did some damage on our first floor and basement ceiling. Within minutes of making our insurance claim, a Rainbow team was on their way to assess the situation and run an industrial dehumidifier. I discussed the damage with Terry and he helped me make the decision that it wasn't worth it to make an insurance claim and possibly get dinged with a higher deductible and rates in the future. I greatly appreciated his honesty and concern for his customers. He made a stressful situation much less stressful.

We had an upstairs toilet massively overflow that caused significant damage to our downstairs bathroom. Our insurance company sent Rainbow over to deal with it and are we ever happy they did. From start to finish they were great in every aspect. The crew that did the removal were quick and very careful with not messing up the rest of the basement (covered carpet with mats, hung plastic over the bathroom door). Curtis was so great, was always quick to respond to emails and texts, even on the weekend! Went up and beyond as well, talking care of a few things for us that he wasn't even obligated to do to ensure we were happy in the end. Big shout out to Jim as well, was so meticulous in his work and it shows in the final product which we absolutely love. I hope to never have to see them again (because who wants water damage to their home!!), but if something would ever happen again we would insist to our insurance company that Rainbow be the one to come help us out!!

We went to Rainbow to seek a second opinion after interactions with a different company left us with worries and doubts about how we were being treated. Rainbow's staff put us at ease from the first interaction we had, and continued to do so throughout our dealings with them. They did this with prompt professional service that clearly puts the customer's satisfaction first. After having water come into the basement we asked our neighbor if they knew someone that was reputable. They said they used Rainbow and were happy with the work and it wasn't a problem getting things done outside of the major cities. Terry, Curtis, and their crews made sure to test for moisture in the walls and flowing to make sure we won't have mold issues later on. Used Rainbow again in 2021 due to another unfortunate sewage back‑flow incident. Once again they were hard working, professional, and committed to ensuring I was satisfied with their work. This review is overdue. Back in November 2018, we experienced a sewer backup the week after the unexpected death of a family member, terrible timing. During this challenging time, Nicole and her crew were a great help. They explained the process to us and were very patient and careful with sorting through and cleaning our piles of sewage-contaminated clutter in the basement. They made a tough time a little more bearable.

We discovered a leak in the basement late one evening is June. I called Randy and he was here within an hour. He explained in detail what each step would be to take care of the problem. He recommended a course of action, took pictures for insurance. The next morning, his crew was here promptly to start work. They were very courteous and respectful and hard workers. They quickly removed all damage flooring opened the walls and had everything dried and sanitized over the next couple of weeks. Randy’s recommended sub-trades provided us with cost estimates and timing for reconstruction. Everyone that came in during this Covid-19 time was careful, courteous and professional.
