They say they will be at ur house at 8:30 dont show up till 12:45. If u dont move it they will paint around it then say its in the paper work. If they might break it they wont even try. They will paint around nail holes if u dont tell them to patch and paint over. If u want it done right DO NOT hire this company

Great paint job, will see how it does long term. Painters were kind and hardworking. However, very disappointed with the lack of communication and respect from the management/owner team. I initially inquired about a quote through NLP, hoping to compare prices and services between different companies in the city and was met with a disturbing email from the owner Terry who did not like the fact that I was looking for their “best quote.” In my attempt to be a responsible homeowner and be cautious about money spent on a service I’m not previously familiar with, I was met with aggression and disrespect. In short, he basically told me to go elsewhere if I’m looking for a good deal and good luck because they’re the only ones who will do the work well. That should have been enough of a red flag to stop me from pursing their services however his daughter Carly, management, seemed a lot nicer and easier to communicate with so we did hire them for our paint job. Like above, the work itself was great and they had offered to use a specific primer to make up for poor paint job by our construction company. However, when we received our invoice, we had been charged with an additional cost for that extra work when we had specifically asked to confirm that there would be no charge for this and if there was, to run it past us first. Management did neither of these things but we still went ahead and tried to clarify with the painters when we noticed the painters going ahead with the job. But apparently that was not good enough and it was our responsibility as the customer to reach out to management despite their lack of communication with us. This was the theme that never ended. NLP management and owner continued to blame us, the customer, for miscommunications. They manipulated our words and trust in proper customer service against us. The principal of customer service is beneath them and we as customers had to fight to not be taken advantage of. The small amount of additional cost was not the issue for us, but instead it was the way we were treated as customers despite the project taking 4x longer than estimated. Our efforts to stand up for ourselves was met with another passive aggressive and manipulative email in which they claimed our warranty for the work was nulled. As someone who values both good work and customer service equally, I highly recommend using a different company who maintains their professionalism and is good to their customers. We will not be using NLPs service in the future. Response to owner’s comment: Please stop with the passive aggressive responses. There is no reason to assume that both my fiancé and I did not wanted to be associated with each other. We both agreed to give reviews and we both independently choose to give you two stars. What you are doing is making assumptions. Please also do not make up false accusations. The reason we had a late start to our project was due to the fact that our house was under construction at the time and we did not have a set timeline, there was no dispute with anybody. Your team, Carly, was aware of all this information. We did not hire anybody else to do any paint work. What was on the doors/windows was the basic paint job that comes with a new build, completed by our construction company-Carly knew this as well. I also provided a detailed review of all the work I wanted complete in an email. It is NLPs responsibility to communicate such with all their employees. I can see by your responses to other low reviews that you only respond by blaming the customers and do not take any responsibility as a business. This is not appropriate.

I have hired Next Level Painting (formerly 360 Painting) several times for paint jobs and some minor water damage repair and painting around the office. They are always thorough, communicate well, and do an awesome job.

Recently, we hired Terry and NLP to paint the interior walls and ceilings as well as the exterior cedar siding on a two story house...a big job from my perspective. They were on site for about ten days. If I had to do it all over again, I would certainly hire them. Led by Stephen, Riley, Moe and others as needed, they did a meticulous job. They were very neat, very efficient, made any adjustments as needed and answered any queries that we had. Job well done. Big thanks to those mentioned above , Marie and Terry.

The quality of the work done is great and the paint looks great. The painters themselves are great and very polite while working on site. Unfortunately, unwilling to take responsibility for any of their faults or miscommunications unless you push them hard on it. In their very last email they were condescending and unprofessional solely because we paid the quoted amount and refused to pay for a charge that was not properly communicated to us. Good quality, but if you use them pray that you have no disputes or misunderstandings because it will be a fight.

We found the painters to be very friendly and professional. The place looked great when they where finished. The following year we noticed that the gable ends where starting to fade. Not sure the cause whether it was from the sun or the wood soaking up the paint. I contacted Terry and he came out and looked at what was going on. He later sent out two painters who repainted both gables at no cost to me. Greatly appreciate the service. They definitely stand behind their work. If someone is looking for a painter I would definitely recommend next level painting.
