We had a cracked bumper that we needed to fix to pass the SGI inspection. Kelly and his folks were very thorough in trying to find the most cost effective way to help us rectify the problem. They eventually came up with a very creative repair that got it done and saved us hundreds of dollars. Everyone at the shop was so down-to-earth and endearing, it was almost like talking to a bunch of relatives whom you love but don't get to see often. I'd definitely take my car back there if I can find an excuse to.

I was little skeptical seeing all 5 star reviews here but when I went there to have my front bumper fixed through SGI claim, 1. Other autobody shops wanted me to pay $150-$250 to deal with the crack on my bumper which was there prior to the collision claim through SGI. This guys were able to put brand new bumper without me paying any penny. 2. Gave me a courtesy car. 3. Detailed interior with vacuum and polished all hard plastic interior with professional results. 4. Lol $25 Tim's gift card for choosing them to have my bumper fixed. 5. Employees had super nice attitude that makes you feel at home. 6. Had check engine light on, before I took it there. I knew the codes since I have my own scanner and knew it was nothing serious. My scanner would clear the code and check engine light would be gone for a day or two but would come back on annoyingly. These guys must have better scanner, they cleared the code for free without me asking for it and check engine light is gone ever since. So happy that I found these guys.

Kelly and the other folks at Magic Paint and Body were a joy to work with. They give out customer service the way is should be done. The first time I talked to Kelly he told me "don't worry we will look after you" and that he did. From providing a free loaner to the detailing they did on my vehicle once the work was done....everything was top notch. You can tell Kelly is a good boss because his staff at the front look happy and treat you with the same respect the big guy does. I would recommend Magic to anyone and I would bet their service is this good all the time.

I’m very pleased with the body work that was done on my SUV. I’ve used Magic Body and Paint previously and was happy with their work. However I was not impressed with the work of the detailer as I still can’t get the stuff off my interior windshield that leaves it smudged and a glare at night for driving which is a danger.

My wife was in a minor rear end collision this winter, I took our 2012 Explorer to Kelly and his staff Wednesday morning and our vehicle was ready in less than 24hrs. Luckily no paint was scratched or body panels dented, 3 pieces of moulding needed to be replaced. The morning of the drop off, there was an issue with a rental vehicle, but Kelly’s employee fixed the problem super fast and gave me a loaner in less than 5 mins. That is beyond normal customer service!!!! I will take my vehicle back to Kelly’s business anytime.

My vehicle was almost a write-off because of another collision centre made assumptions on the repairs, so i ended up taking my vehicle to magic to get another estimate. There estimate was way below and my car was able to get fixed. They ordered the necessary parts but because of covid there was delays. They kept me informed and when the parts came in they scheduled the vehicle immediately. They did the work quickly and it was fixed perfectly. The inside of the vehicle was cleaned very well. I highly recommend this business as its professional, quick and workmanship is very very good. A solid team works there, and cares about your vehicle.

On Monday this week I had my truck accessed by SGI on a fender bender with a semi (their fault). Stopped and gave my claim number to them 30 mins later. Was expecting in a couple weeks it would be booked in. On wednesday they called me to drop it off, and today I picked it up done. 100% wow. The customer service at Magic is absolutely seamless. I made an appointment for my wife’s van and found the staff taking my appointment to be extremely polite, understanding and professional. When I dropped the vehicle off, I had just finished signing the paperwork when I was notified that my rental company had arrived to take me to get my rental vehicle. It was a very efficient process that took up a minimal part of my day. In a few days the van was finished and they did an excellent job repairing the damage . The staff took the time to clean the van inside and out. It looked like new when they were done. This will be my “go to” body shop if I ever need it again and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Best car body experience yet. I hit a deer and it destroyed the front of my truck. Looks like new, loaner Ridgeline was extremely helpful.
