I have a brand new RAV4 Trail and got hit twice in the first 6 months lol yes my car is that attractive! Each time I show up at Ens Collision Centre I am treated so nicely and professionally. The girls at the front are very nice and accomodating, Kallie welcomes me at the door and brightens my day, the guys taking my car are always polite and careful. The manager Josh is a great listener, very attentive to details and knowledgeable and so very efficient! I always leave this place happy with my concerns looked after. This is the first car shop I can finally say that delivers best customer satisfaction! Thank you everyone in the team ❤️

Never going here again. Brought my car in for an "out of province inspection." I was told I had to have a part replaced, and that they would do it at a price for me. After taking it home without them doing anything, I checked said part and found nothing was wrong with it. I took it back to them and told them that I had replaced the part myself (which I didn't). After that, my car was cleared for SGI. Absolute pocket snatchers and a huge waste of my time. Would not recommend.

Had my car window smashed & went through SGI to deal with it all. Ens was able to get me in the same day as my appraisal, and finished the job fast & with great quality work! One of the things they did which I found so helpful is they texted me & kept me up to date as my car moved through the process, which made the whole experience so stress free. A great place with excellent workmanship, and attention to detail, they'll do a wonderful job fixing your vehicle. HOWEVER, I've delt with them on two occasions now, and each time my repair has taken double, to triple the amount of time that I was quoted. I'd have no problem rating them 5 stars, if they stuck to their word. It is very frustrating when you have plans to use your vehicle after the time that was quoted, and then you end up going several more weeks without it. This was an incredibly simple job (change rear bumper, tail light, and quarter panel) and it is already 5 days over due on a job that was quoted at a whopping 6 days, and from what I've seen of my truck sitting in their lot yesterday, I think it will take quite a bit longer still. I'm annoyed to say the least. Revised~~ after posting my review, I was contacted by the manager and he expressed his apologies for the past-due repair. Even though the repair is coming in late again, I am very happy with with the customer service Ens Collision Center has to offer.

I have dealt with ENS Collision on two occasions. The first instance was a few years back when they were located downtown. Their workmanship was always top notch. However, in this visit there were problems meeting the expected deadlines and we were getting mixed messages with regards to our vehicle status. In fairness to ENS, Josh was very apologetic about the situation and said that they are working to improve their response to customers with regards to the status of their vehicles. In the more recent visit, I have to say they have definately improved from the last visit. Their service tech Shaun was extremely friendly to both my wife and I, Josh also remembered us. They restored my vehicle to an excellent condition and Josh and his team did everything possible to make sure we got our vehicle when we needed it and kept us up to date on the vehicle status. Thank you Josh and the team at ENS Collision for doing such a great job with our vehicle and for your fast and efficient customer service. Keep up the amazing work.

I can never forget what they did to our family's car. I was charged for films on the doors, but never got installed. The next time I approached them, they dismantled the car, and allowed SGI to tow it away without letting me know. Huge administration costs and lots of admin. staff, but useless. No proper communication. I do not recommend this shop. The quality of services has reduced significantly. They put their family affair ahead of serving customers. When this terrible thing happened to me, the manager never was accessible, nor called me after he got back to the office. They are expensive for no reason.

I called Ens Collision Centre after getting an appraisal done at SGI for a new windshield. I was familiar with how the dealership does oil changes on a first come first serve basis but wanted to confirm what I needed to do to get booked in. The woman on the phone told me I could come down and get the work done on a first come first serve basis as well. I mentioned I needed a new windshield and she confirmed that I could just come down and they could do the work. I took the afternoon off to get the work done and drove down. When I arrived I was told I needed to get booked in and they would have to order a windshield. I was told this must have been some sort of miscommunication and we left it at that. Later that week, I received a call when the windshield arrived and went down again to the centre to drop my vehicle off for the day. I needed it for the evening and asked if that was possible. I was told yes and that I would receive a phone call when I could pick it up. By 4:30 PM that day I hadn't received a call and so I called and was told yes the vehicle could be picked up but needed to arrive before 5:00 PM as they were closing. This gave me 30 minutes to make it through rush hour across the city to get my vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle they told me they needed another day to do some work on the dash and console as it had been damaged as well. I was told they needed to schedule this for the next day (Friday) or the following Monday. I was told I would receive a call regarding which day and what time. It has been a week and no one has called me to schedule this. The team you have doing the work on the vehicles does great work and are extremely friendly. Whoever is responsible for communicating with customers and following up on what customers are told is doing a highly unsatisfactory job. I took my vehicle here because I want to get my Toyota serviced by a Toyota dealership. If I didn't feel that was important I would never come back to this service centre. It has been such an unnecessary hassle due to poor/lack of communication and overall a really bad customer experience. Completely different than the service I experience at the dealership.

I recently had a negative experience with Ens Collision Centre, which I feel is important to share with the public. The summary of my experience is as follows: 1. My van was in mint pristine condition when I dropped it off for some minor warranty work. We were told by Josh (manager) that the job would take 1-2 days. Ended up taking about 1 week to complete. During this time, there was absolutely no correspondence from the shop. We eventually had to call to get an update on our van to determine why it was taking significantly longer than expected. Under these circumstances, one would think that a simple call from the shop would be an expectation. 2. Due to the actions of a careless shop technician, significant damage to the rear seat was sustained. Ens Collision Centre did not initially report the damage to us and was noticed on pick-up. 3. I had a conversation with Josh, who reviewed the before and after photos of our van. He immediately admitted fault and pledged to correct the issue to 100% customer satisfaction. He promised us that he would personally look after this issue and ensure that it was resolved as soon as possible. 4. It became quickly apparent that the resolution of this issue was not on Josh’s priority list. We were left waiting for weeks wondering when our van was going to be fixed. On every occasion we were left to phone Ens to inquire about the status of the repair. At one point they ordered the wrong colored parts and we had to wait longer. On another occasion, someone forgot to order the parts altogether and we were forced to wait even longer. In the end, this whole ordeal took over 3.5 months. I am absolutely confident that if we were not persistent, we would be still waiting for it to get fixed. 5. In the end, they only fixed 2/3rds of the rear bench seat. Unfortunately, the color of the repaired section does not match the remainder of the seat. We are now left with a van that has a mismatched rear seat. This has most certainly depreciated the overall value of our vehicle. 6. My request to them was to fix it so that the entire rear bench seat is one uniform color. I truly feel that this is a very reasonable request, which they have declined to do. Considering the circumstances, I feel that any reputable autobody shop would have made these repairs without question. I did schedule an appointment with Darin (general manager). To no surprise, Darin’s attitude was no different than his other managerial team. It was obvious that he had a preconceived notion coming into our conversation. I thought he was condescending and did not meet the expectations of a typical business leader. He was over 30 minutes late for our scheduled meeting. He only apologized for his tardiness after I pointed it out. He proceeded to tell me that he was really busy. Clearly my time was not as valuable as his. He gave me a generic rehearsed statement that basically told me that they went above and beyond to correct this issue. He told me that he was not willing to do anything else to correct their mistake. At one point during our conversation, he had the tenacity to tell me that he did not feel like they damaged the interior of my vehicle and they made the repairs to appease me. What a joke. I just wanted to take the time to communicate this awful experience to everyone. My goal is to try to prevent others from enduring a similar experience. I get the feeling that there are some major systemic issues within this business. There is an obvious dysfunction, which I believe primarily stems from poor communication and leadership. After living through this horrific experience, I cannot possibly recommend Ens Collision Centre to anyone. There are several reputable autobody shops in Saskatoon and would encourage people to consider some of the other options out there.

After 25+ years of loyalty to En’s Collision Centre I am very disappointed to say I will never return. I walked in this morning with a small $1700 claim and was treated like a nobody. I wanted them to provide me with a loaner vehicle and to do a small paint touch-up on the tailgate of my truck at their expense. They didn’t even look at the touch up I wanted, instead they told me I was being unreasonable in my request. I suggested they at least look at what I wanted done but they refused. I then drove to Unique auto body where within 2 minutes of inspecting my vehicle and hearing my request had two words for me “No Problem”!

My driver door would not open. I made an appointment with Ens Collision Center. Got there shortly before 10:30. The staff was friendly and got to work quickly. Within 30 minutes they had my door opening and provided me with an estimate for how much it would cost to completely fix the door.
