Stay away!!!!! When it is time to sign a contract they will promise you everything. After I spent 8000$ and signed a contract, they botched up the job. It has been 2 years trying to have them fix or repair the job. They either don't answer and when they do they tell you that they will take care of the situation. Do not believe them they have been giving me the runaround and still haven't redone the job. I have delt with Francis, Andre, Gabriel and Csilla from head office. They do not respect the warranty and it is relatively recent, imagine after 5 years!!! STAW AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!! There are many companies who provide the same service and less expensive. Shark Tank !!! stay away!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

J'ai laissé un dépôt de 20% de la soumission en mai dernier. La production était censé me contacter vers la fin août pour définir la date du travail... Je n'ai eu aucun retour et aucun suivi depuis. Après 3 suivis par courriel, tout ce que j'ai eu comme retour sont des courriels du service à la clientèle qui tente eux-même des suivis avec leur équipe de ce secteur. Nous en sommes au 7 octobre... Lorsqu'on appelle le service à la clientèle de Spray-Net, on se fait dire qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire, qu'il tente de contacter leur franchisé, qu'ils ne peuvent ni nous rembourser ni nous informer... Si la compagnie a de la difficulté avec un de ses franchisés, ce n'est pas à moi à courir après et à résoudre leurs problèmes internes... Sachant cela, je ne recommanderai à personne de laisser un dépôt chez Spray-Net, sachant que la compagnie semble n'avoir aucune solution si ça tourne mal et que vous risquez de ne jamais revoir la couleur de cette argent (ni la couleur de la peinture extérieure que vous souhaitiez faire)
