(Translated) I did business with Prex.ca for a quote. I asked for two separate prices: a price for the painting of our peak Bay-window for work in 2022, and a separate price for the painting of the sofites at a later date. I would give 5 stars to Mr. Tony Cardazzi, the salesman who came to do the estimate (quickly). I was immediately put in confidence and that is why I chose them between three bidders. They were offering the middle price. I give zero stars to the service subsequently provided by Mr. Vincent (president?). Although it was made clear from the beginning with Mr. Cardazzi that we intended to have just the Bay-window portion of our house done for this year, it took Mr. Vincent so long to remind us that he alleges now that I have to pay $100 more because it is not possible for Mr. Cardazzi to understand my request and give an estimate at this price. Very funny, I even have an email sent to the seller in October upon receipt of the quote, confirming that we want to proceed with the Bay-window portion only. Note that I confirmed on Mr. Vincent's bv in October 2021 that I wanted to proceed, then I had a return call only in January 2022. I will certainly not try to prove three months later this that has been said, and this level of customer service is not worth paying less for. I would be worried about the after-sales service anyway! So I'm going to give the work to the highest bidder. Who will also have the contract for the biggest works next year. Mr. Vincent does not seem to be aware of the adage that a dissatisfied customer tells many more people than a satisfied customer! Errors in estimates do happen, but trying to pass everything on to the customer is very ordinary. (Original) J'ai fait affaires avec Prex.ca pour une soumission. J'ai demandé deux pris séparé: un prix pour la peinture de notre Bay-window en pic pour travaux en 2022, et un prix séparé pour la peinture des sofites à une date ultérieure. Je donnerais 5 étoiles à M. Tony Cardazzi, le vendeur qui est venu faire l'estimé (rapidement). J'ai été tout de suite mise en confiance et c'est pourquoi je les ai choisi entre trois soumissionnaires. Ils offraient le prix du milieu. Je donne zéro étoile au service offert par la suite par M. Vincent (président?). Bien qu'il est été mis clair dès le début avec M. Cardazzi que nous comptions faire faire juste la portion Bay-window de notre maison pour cette année, ça a pris tellement de temps à M. Vincent pour nous rappeler qu'il allègue maintenant que je dois payer 100$ plus cher car ce n'est pas possible que M. Cardazzi est compris ma demande et donné un estimé à ce prix. Très drôle, j'ai même un courriel envoyé au vendeur en octobre dès réception de la soumission, confirmant que nous voulons procéder à la portion Bay-window uniquement. À noter que j'ai confirmé sur la bv de M. Vincent en octobre 2021 que je voulais procéder, puis j'ai eu un retour d'appel uniquement en janvier 2022. Je ne vais certainement pas essayer de prouver trois mois plus tard ce qui a été dit, et ce niveau de service à la clientèle ne vaut pas la peine de payer moins cher. Je serais de toute façon inquiète pour le service après-vente! Donc je vais donner les travaux au soumissionnaire le plus haut. Qui aura aussi le contrat pour les plus gros travaux l'année prochaine. M. Vincent ne semble pas être au courant de l'adage qui dit qu'un client insatisfait le dit à beaucoup plus de personnes qu'un client satisfait! Des erreurs d'estimé ça arrive, mais essayer de faire tout passer sur le dos du client, c'est très ordinaire.

J'ai rappelé cette année à deux reprises mais je tombais toujours sur la boîte vocale. Il y a quelques semaines j'ai laissé un message sur la boîte vocale mais aucune nouvelle depuis ce temps ! I was extremely pleased at how quickly he responded to my call concerning the problem we were experiencing with the exterior of the house . As for the team that was sent over, they took pride in their work , they were extremely meticulous and everything was done in a very quick fashion. Ils sont encore revenus, ont coupé et reposé les mêmes coupe-froids mais ça a continué à gondoler. En voyant les photos à chaque étape, M. Vincent disait toujours que c'était inacceptable et qu'il allait envoyer quelqu'un, mais le temps passait, on n'avait pas de nouvelles et on devait rappeler plusieurs fois avant que quelqu'un vienne. On a même offert de payer pour qu'ils règlent le problème une fois pour toutes. Lors du dernier appel, M. Vincent a dit qu'il allait voir avec son fournisseur, mais on n'a pas eu de suivi et il ne répond plus quand on appelle. Il va falloir qu'on fasse affaire avec quelqu'un d'autre car les coupe-froids sont absolument pas fonctionnels.
