I have trouble understanding some of these negative reviews. Peter the Painter is leaps and bounds ahead of anyone else we've used in the past. He is extremely diligent, patient, and professional. We had a very complicated job to do on St Denis and he delivered a beautiful final product. We have also used him in our home and everything was done to perfection. Him and his assistant John are a pleasure to deal with and I recommend them both with no hesitation.

Used Peter the Painter to get our entire condo repainted a few years back and was very pleased with the work. Just used Peter the Painter for a drywall repair this week after a curtain rod hook broke out of the wall after I accidentally put too much weight on it. I was delighted at how quickly I was contacted after I reached out and how easily he understood what needed to be done. Fast turnaround and professional quality work, I highly recommend Peter the Painter and his team for full paint jobs as well as repairs.

The painters did a wonderful job - from the beginning when they moved furniture, pictures, etc. and protected all areas, to the end when they put everything back (including hanging pictures). They were honest, did a professional job and were respectful. Before they started, I was asked what issues I had in each area and they addressed these issues. They cleaned all areas at the end of the job. I would certainly recommend them to others.

Priced higher than brain surgeons. He makes painting seem like you need a phD to perform. Get a good painter and avoid those add on sales contractors.

Recently had Peter and Socrates come paint a few tall & long walls at our place. You can tell they are passionate about their work from the attention to detail they put into the job. They were quick, clean and the walls look great. Very impressed and would recommend to anyone looking for experienced painters.

Peter himself was helpful at first. He became arrogant and disrespectful very quickly. I cannot recommend this level of service to anyone. If you hire him, you are definitely on your own. DO NOT give him any money until the job is complete, otherwise he'll just run with it.

Peter talks a big game, but when it comes to the actual work, most of what he sells you in his pitch isn't respected or followed. His prices are much higher than everybody else as well. Did business with him once - what a mistake. Never again. Stay away from this guy!
