Expensive for work that was adequate but not great. When their contracted welders repeatedly missed appointments, the owner then stopped answering calls for a week. I therefore hired a third party welder for part of their contract. Jan-Michael’s reaction was to sue rather than accept a temporary 10% hold back while we figured out how much that would cost. Save yourself the trouble while also saving yourself some money and go with someone else.

J'ai eu affaire avec plusieurs cas négatif, il arrive même que de la peinture tombe dans les tapis des logements et nécessite un nettoyage pour délogé les dégâts. Avec MonPeintre je n'ai plus de tracas, je sais qu’ils prennent tous les soins et les attentions nécessaires pour que la peinture sois sur les murs et non sur les planchers et les tapis. Les employés sont expérimentés et connaissent bien leur métier. Le travail est rapide et courtois au point où je ne vois pas l'intérêt que je pourrais porter pour les compagnies offrant un service de moindre qualité. Autant que possible je choisi MonPeintre en ce qui a attrait à tout ce qui concerne les travaux reliés à la peinture des logements... Ils utilisent différent lustré selon les pièces pour assurer un décor et un effet optimal. Le tout est accompli dans des délai raisonnable ce qui me permet de relouer plus rapidement.

Salesperson Jan-Michael said would only honour their warranty if I agreed to do other work, and then after I did not want the additional work done claimed that the warranty was not transferable (says nowhere on the contract that it is not, and why wouldn't it be?) from previous owner after only 1.5 years. After raising his voice he hung up on me. The prep and painting on the exterior work was improperly done and now flaking off. Very poor, rude, service for something that would be an easy fix. Avoid this company at any cost.
