Great guys to work for amazing staff love my job

We had a horrible experience with these people. PLEASE DON'T GO TO HIM (MIKE). It is a mistake you are making. Mike (The president of the company) came to our house and took pictures twice and promised us to send the photos on the same night or the following day. However, he never sent any pictures. After more than a week (after asking a couple of times), he sent a price quote without any details for $132,750 + HST + cost of engineering drawing + framing etc. When we asked for more information about the labour and material, and the answer was, he didn't have time to do it (his response was, "find another contractor who is not busy will give you details). His price quote was based on his experience. Also, we were asked to sign an agreement. The worst part is that he promised to start and finish work on time as well as provide pictures and told us that we could change the type of renovation for any particular room or kitchen. However, no details were provided, and when we asked for details, we were provided with an arrogant answer. We are very busy providing details and just taking the amount and paying or going somewhere else. We are actually from Toronto and drove two times (1.5 hours one-way and in total 6 hours in driving only plus another 2-4 hours spent in discussions) to meet this guy. Very UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAS NO ETHICS at all. Mike called the mayor and MPP of that area to promote his business and put some pictures on the web. I need to complain to the Mayor's office for his unprofessional behaviour.

ROBERT AND TODD have just finished our basement after a flood. I am extremely pleased with their quality of work, they would call before coming, were always punctual, cleaned up after the day. I would highly recommend Gus Restoration for any work you need done. ROBERT will not leave a job unless he is satisfied with his work, they are perfectionist. 10 star
