Please note “Conflict of Interest” with this review. Besides the fact they are good friends for nearly 9 years. They didn’t ask me to write the review I feel the review is significant because of the quality of product and service your receive from them. My review is below: - I have bought paint from Local Ici and Bear and by far the Benjamin Moore is the best because of how durable and how well it rolls and how evenly it dries. - This is a family business of over 40 years. Clearly they might have better understanding of the paint products and processes than the high schoolers and temp workers from big box stores. - In today’s world you get what you pay for. This is a premium product but you get someone who understands how colours work together with the consults and get automatic record keeping as when you throw out the can this store keeps records of what paint. They even have room specific details if you gave that information. Also, The paint will be the same! - This business supports locally! They support a little league t ball team in the summer and the Belleville Sens in the winter. - The owners care, that alone is worth its weight in gold as what the sell is what they believe in. There is certainly a lot of competition around and it is simply important to support good companies with a good product in our local city.

SUCH nice customer service. My 6 time here and I'm always thankful for the helpfulness. Especially grateful after trying to find what I need (lead test kit for old house paint) when you were closed other places and experiencing poor customer service a few times over. Thanks team!

We have been dealing with BM for a very long time, but yesterday was the first time we have been disappointed with the service at this location. As a specialty store you would expect good knowledgeable friendly service. The Rep definitely was not focused on our needs and seemed distracted but no one else was in the store. He made no suggestions until my husband insisted on what we wanted. Will not be back but will find another outlet even if we have to drive further. 2*because we love BM paints.

Horrible place, they sold me a paint that was not even close to the colour in the magazine that I wanted. Then they wouldn't do anything about to try and help me get the colour I wanted. Never buy from them again.
