Needed paint and it’s definitely not an easy process with picking things online. George was so professional and kind, you can tell customer service means a lot to him. I’m very quick to make a review after I’ve had a good interaction with someone. Not only did George help us get our paint, when we needed more, he was super timely and friendly! Regarding The employee at this store named Neil Miller. Noel posted an ad for a small trailer for sale, my buddy and me made the journey from Grimsby to Belleville to purchase the trailer. Upon arrival we did not meet with Neil but by two very unpleasant ladies (One of them was Debbie) who gave us the papers and the wrong portion of the slip after cash payment for the agreed amount. After arriving home we went to the Service Ontario to find out that we did not have the right ownership. Neil was contacted in regards to this and promised to send the papers via mail. This has not happened and they are refusing to answer any calls. This type of criminal activity happens at this store.

It's been years since there was any staff at Millar Ave. Mid management has been bullying marylin for years and upper management and HR turn a blind eye. The people in these stores are great but midmanagement really shafts the people doing the work as far as pay and expectations.

Very disappointing customer service. I asked my girlfriend to go and get paint mixed as I didn't have time during the day. The staff made her feel extremely uncomfortable and stupid for not having a knowledge on all things interior paint. As a 'premium' quality store I expect more from the staff. They should be about passing along knowledge, not belittling less paint-saavy customers. Will never go back, there are many other places to get paint products.

When it comes to paint, stains or products to make the application easier, Marilyn and her team at Dulux are top notch. Always excellent advise and they will always help you find the appropriate product for your situation. Never a question that they cannot answer. The only people that I deal with regarding paint and necessary products. Highly recommended.

I was with Deluxe paint for years everything was always great with them, and then they got a new machine that matches paint and all of a sudden they won't let me bring it with me to mask my pain anymore wish they had for years they lost my business it was annoying that they did that now I have to go to Benjamin Moore to get the machine to match the paint I'm switching companies because of this

According to google it shows store open until 5. When we showed up today at 4 they turned us away and quiet rudely. Saying that it’s been 4 for a year. I felt this explanation unexceptable. We needed 1 can of paint to finish our Reno’s and they could not let us pick that up. Horrible customer service. Will not be getting paint here again.
