So I had some idiot rear end my Silver 2012 Jaguar XF pretty damn bad . I was furious ... I had my car taken to Hacketts body shop for the repairs . I was a bit worried at first because I thought they wouldn't know how to work on higher end vehicles . They did nothing but prove me wrong . The customer service was amazing . Everyone there was friendly . They had my car for about a week and a half . When I first came back to the body shop to see my car after the repairs I had a huge smile on my face . They did such an amazing job replacing everything that needed repairing . There was a a couple errors but when I pointed them out they were able to fix them IMMEDIATELY . I absolutely love this body shop. I no longer live in Belleville but will never forget the amazing job they did bringing my Jaguar back to life . THANKS GUYS!!! - One Loud Jag ;)

Both women who I dealt with on phone were so miserable and so unhelpful. Why should I bother to take my vehicle, all covered by insurance claim. To a company who doesn't know how to prioritise or even talk to their new clients. When the competition for business is provided by the amount of other companies willing to take care of my needs in a reasonable amount of time.

Thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this shop - they turned an upsetting time into something so easy. all the staff was so kinda and went over everything with me. The service was impeccable and the work was fantastic, my car looks better than it did before my accident! i would recommend them to anyone in need and i will never go somewhere else for any work i need!

Friendly and courteous staff. Excellent service from a previous visit. Latest visit had me bringing my car to them after clipping a snow bank and cracking the bumper resulting in the light Assy falling off. My intentions were to ask for estimate for replacement of bumper. Chris instantly brought my car into garage to pop the light back into place and secure the bumper until I decided what to do for repairs. Other places had not offered to do this. They only gave me an estimate and sent me on my way. The extra time to go up and beyond makes this establishment my "go to" for repairs

I had my car less than a week when a stupid mistake ended with me tearing off part of my bumper. I thought I'd be out thousands. They fixed it in minutes and saved me a fortune. Friendly, polite, quick. I hope I'll never have to come back but if I ever need a body shop again this is the one I'll go to.

I had a front end collision with a deer some time ago and had my truck repaired at Hackett's. Some time later I noticed that the lock on the tailgate would not eccept my key and figured it was most likely filled with dirt. then a while later I noticed that the tailgate was starting to get covered with surface rust?? The other day I was in the box of my truck and noticed that the tailgate had some alterations on the bottom edge which are only visable from inside the box or if the tailgate was removed. ... hmm does Ford cut and drill holes in thier tailgates at the factory?? I had other issues with my truck when I went to pick it up which Don Hackett was not interested in rectifieing or discussing. Seems he knows much more than you or I will ever have the blessing to learn and he doesnt mind letting you know that. Obviously my tailgate was removed during its time at Hacketts garage and replaced with a hacked up repainted one while the front end was being repaired. Yes I know there is a possability that someone else switched my tailgate but I don't keep my truck that clean so not likely without noticing, and I should have known better than going back there after they messed up the alignment of the doors on my VW after some warrenty work. Be very diligent when dealing with these people. I have not contacted Don Hackett about this issue as I am already aware of his willingness to make his customers saticfied, not much when his shop is full. I will how ever be contacting my insurance company Tuesday morning and letting any and all interested people know. It certainly makes you wonder what else is going on in that shop and what else is missing or replaced. PS. notice that this site does not spell check? ... interesting. Update: got a call from Don Hackett this morning, he said that this problem did not happen in his shop and if I dont remove this review by the end of today his lawyer will be taking legal action aginst me. No ifs ands or buts, ... as I said the man will not discuss his short comings or even entertain the thought that someone in his shop or at his business would do that. ... didnt offer a solution, a possable cause, didnt offer to align my VW doors either. Just a verbal threat of a law suit by the end of the day.

worst experience!!!! they didnt repair my car as per the deal(claim). they told me they will repair it on later date but on that day ask me to get another claim to get that repair and make different kinds of excuses. i wont recommend this shop to anyone if you love your car, time and money....

All around amazing service. Went to car star in trenton originally for a water leak issue in my car, was told by car star it would require half my car being ripped apart and redone. Asked my insurance advisor for a second opinion, was advised of these guys. Was so happy to have gone here!! They were kind, professional, honest and exceptionally knowledgeable. Within a few minutes the issue was discovered and easily remedy. Don’t go anywhere else other than to Hacketts.

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy . Took my car in over two months ago for Volkswagen warranty work they call me and tell me they haven’t even submitted the claim to go elsewhere and start claim. furthermore to go to Oshawa I live north of Kingston no where’s Oshawa start the claim process all over again why you would make somebody wait so long to tell them you weren’t even going to start the claim let alone do the work is beyond me .That,s the nicest way I can put it good luck to anybody who uses them ????????????????????????. In the long run I guess somehow this is my fault I should’ve known better this all started last year early winter whey I phoned for an appointment for the pictures for the warranty and they wouldn’t even make me appointment.Was told to call back in spring and when I phoned early summer they book me appointment was over a month away all the signs were there they didn’t want my business but the Volkswagen dealer recommended them I’ve asked them not to ever recommend them again to anyone and now almost complete year later my first little rust concerns have turned in the complete peeling of all my rockers are completely bare the damage is going to be a lot more great they say the reason they don’t want to do them Rust repair take too long I respect that they’re busy but you should’ve just said no and would went elsewhere instead they wasted precious time and I’ve caused more damage to my car by making me wait

The Hackett's Colission is an amazing group of people . Starting from the estimate, scheduling, arrangment of a rental vehicle for me and repairs itself. It was my 1st time as Hackett's customer but i have not experienced such smooth & quality process in a while coming from GTA. Especially in times like these , with all disruptions and closures, the team at Hackett's still manage to make it so seamless .
