Omg..I cannot believe that people are actually giving this contractor a 5 star rating! Sandra was fine to deal and she tried to fix what the sloppy inexperienced painters did by sending more inexperienced painters. The painters she sent were different everytime and a crew consisted of 2 painters! Inexperienced and had no knowledge of painting..one crew member was about 12 years old! I have wondered if this business was still alive after my terrible experience with them and now that i have seen that they are I cannot not give an honest review. Stay far away people and save your money! Would never ever recommend WOW 1 day painting! Judy Dallaire

I have been very happy with Sandra's team. They painted a bunch of rooms in our cottage as well as some kitchen and laundry room cabinets and even wall tile. The painting looks fantastic. We did have a very unfortunate issue with the wallpaper instillation - it was installed terribly and I was very disappointed - however, Sandra immediately addressed the issue and had the guys remove all the wallpaper and re-do the walls. She turned a bad situation around very quickly and now everything looks beautiful.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Sandra was very quick to get in touch with me and set up an appointment for a quote. Showed up early and clearly explained the details of what they would be able to do for us. Quote was very reasonable. On day of work everyone showed up on time and were quick to start the process. Work was meticulous and Sandra suggested more touch up in areas that didn’t take the paint well enough. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of paint work done. We have dealt with other painters in the past but none compared to the outstanding work and service provided to us by Sandra and her crew. Great job everyone!

They couldn’t seem to commit to a start date. The actual painting of the house is good but when they sprayed the soffits, white paint sprayed onto my vehicle in the driveway!!! It was a major struggle to get them to come see it, then arrange to have it taken to a shop for paint removal. Just hard to deal with. Glad it’s over. Overpriced too I found

Sandra was informative, kind, easy to communicate with and gave us a very fair price. We changed our minds a few times and asked for a few different quotes, all of which she accommodated and never put any pressure on us to get the job done. Her expertise in choosing colours was also invaluable. Prior to the job being complete, we spoke with Jonathan who again was very kind and professional. She provided us with a very good quote for painting of our Master Bedroom, Master Bath, Nursery, Laundry room and Hallway. I had the outside of my home painted, not only did Sandra promise to help create my vision but the team surpassed it! I wanted to take the time to thank WOW Barrie, for an excellent experience. We had a power failure during our painting day, which required a follow up visit to complete the work. John was completely pro, and he as well as the other painter did excellent work. My 2 bathrooms which required wall repair as well as re-caulking of trim & baseboards, now look as good as new. I'm already budgeting for my next project, as I see the value that WOW can bring to my home. Money well spent!

Sandra and her team painted our basement walls, ceilings, baseboards, doors and closet after we renovated our basement. Sandra was so personable, professional, understanding, knowledgeable and very passionate about her company. Sandra provided several colour options and made recommendations that made sense! She quickly booked our project and they arrived right on time! Very punctual. They had to come back to complete an additional coat of paint due to the high humidity but they finished the job within a couple of days. They inspected the rooms with me before signing off the final report. A few touch-ups had to be made but nothing major. The team was prompt, organized, kept the area clearn and tidy and were professional. I would recommend this company for your painting needs. That company is bad not good. One guy named Adam I believe; he thinks he knows everything that he Pulled up on to my grass no where near my driveway just on the grass as if he thinks it’s his house. Also, he didn’t even ask if he can sit on my patio and he sat on my rod iron chair all full of paint and didn’t even try to bother wiping it off. Piggish people.

On a scale of 1 to 10 Sandra ,Jon and there well polished team are an 11. My wife and I are doing many reno projects and wish all trades worked with the same integrity . Everything quoted and promised was done to perfection . They even cleaned up on completion! GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE highly recommended. We will be having them back once the lower level is complete. I couldn't be more impressed. The level of customer service here was by far the best I have ever experienced in the construction and renovation space. We have a home about 1700 Sq feet, and we painted every painted surface in the house, a fresh new start. It started with visiting Sandra at a booth during a home show, she was super professional and willing to help. She came to our home on a Sunday to fit it into my hectic schedule. Her communication is excellent, you always know status and she knows the value of customer experience. Her local painting teams were top notch, they came, they worked, they took appropriate breaks and worked very efficiently. They were kind, friendly and very supportive. The schedule went a little long, but I think we underestimated the work using a light color paint to cover a dark color, not a big deal and no cost impact to me. Of course there was some re-work and touch-ups, with this size of project there is bound to be some little corner that gets missed. We created a small list and again Sandra was all over it, communicated when her team would be there to correct it, showed up with them and we all did a walk through together. Sandra wouldn't even consider payment or the discussion until I was completely satisfied, in fact I initiated the payment conversation, I wanted to pay. This company is amazing, with incredible leadership, highly recommended and when/if we have other painting projects I won't need to look any further.
