From her competitive quote, to her obvious attention to detail, and the speed and quality of their paint job, we were extremely impressed with Bev and her team! After the paint dried, Bev went through the whole clinic to ensure it was to her satisfaction, noticed imperfections that I hadn't even noticed and made sure everything was perfect before saying they were done. The team at Fresh Look Painting transformed a 1300 square foot townhouse in just two days. That included minor wall repairs, two coats of paint on all walls, doors and inside of closets, plus all trim, touch up of some old spots on the ceilings and the front door and garage door. The owner, Bev, answers phone calls promptly, gives a fair quote, and checks her team's work. She is professional, helpful and kind, even to the point of assisting me with a small problem that had nothing to do with her services. Decided to choose Fresh Look for our painting needs solely based on the communication aspect (there are great companies out there, but the efficiency and communication were spot on). I had been in touch with Sarah, who, through multiple e-mails, reassured me of the job (we were painting light grey over a crimson red). She was absolutely right and I worried for nothing. She came in with two other of her coworkers, and within 5 hours, my entire house (minus 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) was painted. It looks amazing! Once all was dry, my pickiness noticed some little imperfections (that probably only I could notice) that were dealt with immediately, no questions asked. I'd definitely choose this company again for my painting needs.

Very disappointed in the way they do business, the customer service started out great when they came to my home and provided a quote. A date was set to have the work completed and I was told I would have to make a deposit which was fine with me. She left me with a booklet full of colour samples so I could decide which was great as well. Today I received an email stating that my date has been given to someone else and that I would have to wait until after I moved in to my new house to have my home painted. When I asked what the meaning of this was I was told that I never put down a deposit. This is rediculus as since the first home visit I have received no emails or phone calls stating how much is required as a deposit or where to send this deposit. I'm left in the dark assuming all is good and then my date is taken away from me without warning. I was counting on having my home painted before moving in! This has been over one month in the making and now all of this time has been wasted when I could have been sourcing out another painter...the way these people do business is sloppy and unethical. All of my friends, family, and coworkers will hear about this and will be instructed to spread the word. If you're looking to waste your time then call "Fresh Look Painting".
