My family bought it in 1996 and we did structural renovation work in 1998 and upgrades this year. The managers and crew of Vanguard have been very understanding of caring for and refurbishing older housing. They took care of major restoration and painting of walls on the main floor of our house this past fall and I re-engaged them again this January to do more repainting on the top floor.
