I was pleased with the overall customer service and the repair work done to my vehicle. I was impressed with their attention to detail. I was contacted in regards to their having difficulties tracking down a matching pinstripe for my car and the customer service rep spent the time offering options and in the end actually found the match. They also accommodated my request for an after hours pick up. When I got my vehicle back, the rep took the time to go over everything that was completed and my car was returned to me clean, inside and out.

Last year my car was stolen, when it was recovered it was Craftsman Collision that determine the the damage. Sadly my car was a write-off I then purchase a new vehicle and within a couple weeks I was in an accident and in need of Craftsman Collision. I have to say that Jack and Sheldon went above and beyond both times they were courteous, kept me well informed as we all know ICBC can be a headache and we're willing to work with my budget and one of the best parts they gave me a courtesy car at no charge I didn't have to worry about getting to work. I would recommend and have to my friends and colleagues and they themselves have used Craftsman Collision. Way to go Craftsman Collision Quesnel!!!

Unfortunately Bob seems to be quite bitter and it makes dealing with this shop a very unpleasant experience. The reputation of this shop is not very high amongst other shops, its unfortunate because the other staff are considerate. I would never recommend this shop to anyone.

From the moment I walked in to this place I was treated like they didn’t fix vehicles there, and they didn’t know why I was coming to them for help. The main guy (Greg) is so unfriendly and unprofessional. It seems that he is trying and saying anything he can to make you take your vehicle somewhere else. I don’t know if he’s just tired or he hates his job, but, whatever it is, his lack of customer service is shocking. This is NOT a reflection of the receptionists who are sweet as pie, and who’s customer service is on point — always friendly and act like it’s their job. Greg acts like you’re wanting him to do favours for free, and that he isn’t sure why you’re asking. After fighting him to take my ICBC claim, cause my car had already been towed there, they had my car for 5 WEEKS fixing things from a minor accident. I continued to be friendly and polite the whole time. Then, a short time after having the car back, it’s having the same issues as it did from the accident. 5 weeks and they didn’t fix the vehicle thoroughly and properly. The fix didn’t even last 6 weeks. I called Craftsman Collison to have the situation handled, Greg — once again, tried everything he could to get me to go somewhere else. Even though it was his responsibility to repair my car. Even though ICBC has a lifetime warranty on their claim repairs, and guarantee it to the standards of the car owner — me. When I called ICBC they told me it would be the quickest and easiest to have it fixed again by Craftsman Collision. I would rather wait and go to a different mechanic than ever deal with the rude and simple demeanour of Greg — the unhappy, unprofessional man at Craftsman Collision who treats his customers like burdens.

The staff at craftsman are the most helpful in a stressful situation. They had me booked in within a week. A person was wiating to oick me up for a rental vehicle and I had mine back the next day. When I returned, the vehicle was even detailed! So helpful, efficient, and friendly. Don't go anywhere else, you won't be disappointed!

Had a door ding and the work done here was phenomenal. I can not even tell that it has been painted. The staff were extremely and easy to deal with. They made the whole process a lot easier and communicated with me along the way. The courtesy car was new and very well kept. They even cleaned up the interior of my car after they did their work. If you need work done on your vehicle just go here, why risk going anywhere else? Very impressed.

I had a fairly small but ugly dent on my car. I went to Craftsman Collision because of the mostly excellent reviews and the responses from management to each review! It was sure no mistake to go to Craftsman. I took the car in yesterday morning and it was finished next day (today) ! The work is totally flawless and the paint is absolutely perfect ! The car hasn’t looked so good in a long time! Even though the job was a rather small one, they still detailed the entire inside which was quite an embarrassing mess partly due to our dog ! A Spring cleaning was on our to do list but is now done and done very professionally!! I can’t say enough about the fantastic quality of work and the services of Greg and Lisa ! Obviously I recommend Craftsman to anyone and everyone! Thanks for a terrific job ! And, so fast !!!!!

My entire Craftsman Collision (CC) experience was outstanding! Firstly, CC was the only shop I could find in town that was able to attempt the repairs in an timely manner. Most other shops I contacted indicated they had only a hand full of staff working, due to the COVID-19 health pandemic. Most shops stated the repairs could take up to a month to be completed. Secondly, the Kamloops CC shop did my initial assessment within a few days after my first phone call, had my vehicle in a few days later (after the weekend), and had the car repaired, like brand new, within 24 hours of me leaving it with them! They initially had indicated repairs could take up to three days, which I was absolutely fine with. A curtousy car was supplied as I explained I live alone and don't have access to another vehicle. Thought I'd have the curtousy car for a few days, but my car was ready overnight... literally! Both Lisa and Bob at the front counter were a pleasure to interact with. Most of my contact was with the store manager, Bob. He was just excellent and I really felt he went above and beyond. Bob actually found a difficult part for my aging Honda Civic (drivers side mirror) and the shop had the repairs and painting done extremely fast! I truly couldn't be happier I decided to go with Craftsman Collision. The work and the entire experience was simply outstanding! I certainly will recommend this shop to others in the future. A BIG thank you to everyone at Kamloops Craftsman Collision!

They were professional and so so helpful! My car was damaged in an accident, and because it's older, the resale value is quite low. ICBC didn't want to fix my car even though it was in perfect working condition, but the team at Craftsman Collision argued my case for me and did a wonderful job replacing the side and front panels. It was an added bonus to have a good loaner car to drive while mine was in the shop. Then, to top it all off, I was in the Starbucks drive through and the man in front of me paid for my drink. It turns out it was the manager at Craftsman who remembered my little car ????

Garbage.... apparently they dont look at anything except what can be seen with the naked eye. Had my car in for repairs from collision with deer, they fixed the cosmetic damage but let me drive away with a broken motor mount, broken windshield washer reservoir and no wheel alignment. Had to spend another $700 to fix that at a different shop. SWEET GUYS! I guess when you get into an accident they just fix what they want....Hopefully people are taking a closer look at what actually gets fixed rather than just taking their word for it.

When my accident occurred in Quesnel I was traveling home to Nakusp, BC, over 700 km away from the accident site. The manager of the Quesnel location not only fixed my 2019 Jeep back to its original condition but met me half way in Kamloops to return my vehicle to me. I can’t say enough about the professional, caring service I received from Jack. This is the second time I have used Craftsman Collision over the last 20 years. Vehicle accidents are challenging enough. It’s wonderful to find a company that recognizes this and cares so much about their customers.

Do not take your vehicle there! They do horrible work! Bob doesn’t listen and when you call him out on that he gets his back up. You can visually see the issue (my box rail rolls side to side and it is not the plastic cover on it). I’ll be taking it up with corporate office, I will also let them know about my great customer experience. I guess when you pick up your truck and his first words were “turned out pretty good”, be cautious of those words. I guess we are supposed to just be happy with their poor work?? We will not be going back and I will tell everyone about my experience including showing them their poor workmanship. Please save yourself the headache. Go somewhere else.

I was messed around with for a full calendar year with these people. I had service error after service error from an old employee, Bobbie, who raised her voice profusely and was very unkind. Finally, upon hearing she had left, I booked in to finish the service thinking it would be smooth sailing and I had already invested so much time with their estimates etc. Apparently because of an employee error (or 5 errors) I am now required to pay a deposit. Which is fine, I can go elsewhere. BUT the "HAH you have to do your whole ICBC claim again then!" Smirk and comment from the manager Bob is enough for me to discuss this issue with head office and inform others, including my business employees, to avoid this horrible place. Just an update - BUZZS AUTOBODY HAD EVERYTHING ESTIMATED AND WORK COMPLETED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF INITIAL INTERACTION - NO RIDICULOUS DEPOSIT - AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ALL STAFF, ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL

So totally a business that dose not care about quality. It was to get an alignment now my steering wheel is a quarter turn off center. I had my work done for several years at a competitor of Craftsman collision but when I took my BMW there a couple of years ago they showed no interest . I took it Craftsman and Bob and his staff did a wonderful job . Recently I took my Dodge truck there to have the front bumper replaced through ICBC . I picked my truck up and I was astounded that they not only replaced the bumper but did a fabulous job cleaning my truck . Great service and going that extra mile from Bob , Bobbi and Lisa .
