Work was on our exterior trim and deck railings. The paint used was good quality. Very professional service for estimate and courteous service by the 2 painters. They were good at removing some of the splatter I pointed out but I missed some other spill over, so this remains. A few of our windows were painted shut so we're going around now working to get them open. Perhaps there was more work than estimated, so the guys had to work too fast.

Worst customer service we have ever Experienced , Jasons crew was rude, Damaged my boat with theyre ladders And equipment , When confronted the Painter from certa pro he threatened me , They painted our deck and it was peeling off within a few weeks , We hired another painter , I would not recomend certa pro period.

Contracting CertraPro Painters of the Okanagan to paint our condo and kitchen cabinets was the best thing we did. Jason McMurray helped us to pick out the exact color we wanted for the cabinets and then suggesting to do a feature wall the same color was spot-on. Colin, Elliot, Mike K. and Anthony, who completed our project were amazing. They are all very meticulous with the quality of their workmanship, and with their experience and ability to work well together and with us made for a very enjoyable experience.

We recently used CertaPro Kelowna to completely paint the inside of our home (Walls and Trim). The entire experience from the initial visit to our home by Ian and the subsequent proposal was detailed and the overall experience as a whole was very professional and pleasant, I would recommend CertaPro for anyone looking for painting services. When Mike and his crew arrived at our home they were very polite and respectful. They were very professional and communicated with us the entire time, Mike made many suggestions that were very helpful and provided excellent guidance especially when it came to picking the accent wall color. Any blemish on the walls were filled and fixed prior to painting. All the trim was caulked and painted. They possess an impressive depth of knowledge with respect to paint and color schemes. The guys cleaned up every night and were consistently maintaining good housekeeping while in our home. The guys spent a week in our home and it was an pleasant experience. Our house looks amazing!!. The guys at CertaPro offer multiple services we also had a ceiling sprayed and an exterior acrylic stucco wall done. All of them look phenomenal. I will have them back in the spring for additional work. Big thank you to Mike and his crew, Ian, Cheryl and all the CertaPro staff for an excellent Job.

This company did work for us on our interior , The crew damaged my boat outside , I watched the guys scratch it & he then denied it to my face , Jason & Ian did nothing about it , The work was sub par , I would not recommend this company , Bad attitudes

They worked with us to ensure no interruption of workflow and were extremely patient. We are very happy with these painters and their attention to detail. First we must exemplify the professionalism provided not only by Jason but all members of his team and especially Collin & Ken who were responsible for the work on our house! Like most ,when returning home from work each day, looking at the same dreary exterior of our house at 20 some years of age, we decided to give it a face lift. What started out as the window and door trim became a complete exterior make over. It took us a considerable amount of time to decide on colors, once we decided to go with Certa Pro and Jason. His patience and understanding of our particular desires provided the basis of our trust and comfort felt once we were ready to sign on the dotted line. From there the rest was easy. Everything that Jason identified as being part of the process did indeed take place. The crew were extremely helpful and respectful of our property. Their commitment to our satisfaction was evident each and every day of the job by a call from the lead hand to ensure what was completed was correct...and it always was, to any questions we may have had about the work and its progress. Would we recommend CertaPro Painters .....absolutely with out hesitation! Now, everyday when we arrive home, its like we are at a brand new house. Our sense of pride has been restored and all our neighbors have complimented us on how amazing it looks! They even complimented the crew and their work ethic. Now its time for the interior! Certa Pro was the successful bidder on a contract to complete exterior cedar staining and door painting for 48 golf villas in Strata 3 at Sunset Ranch.
