DO NOT PUT YOUR SAFETY IN THEIR HANDS!! I am writing this review for my dad who is not in touch with social media world. My father has done business for several years here to purchase his tires and also do the seasonal change overs. This spring he got his summer tires put on and drove home to Peterborough. A short distance into his trip home his vehicle started making noise. The noise got much worse and he took it into a shop in Peterborough and they found all the rims were loose with 6 lug nuts missing. After 120kms unbelievable, they could have been killed. 160 dollars later he is back on the road with some minor rim damage. The next weekend my father went in person to talk to the owner on Bancroft OK tire and he responds they need to be torqued after 100kms. They were making noise in less than 50kms. THEY WERE NEVER TORQUED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! You do not lose 6 lug nuts in 120kms if they were put on properly. To be fair maybe you might get a quarter or half turn on the odd lug nut. They did not apologize,seem to care ,or offer any kind of reimbursement. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have swapped my own tires on both of my vehicles for years and never have had a rim come loose. Scary!

I went to get information on new winter tires that I wanted to purchase. The two ladies that work there were absolutely horrendous. So unprofessional, whenever I asked a question, they made me feel like I was not worth their time. I felt unwelcomed. So many businesses have suffered during the pandemic, they are going far and beyond to ensure that they keep customers coming. The owner of this place is hoping to keep the business going but the 2 ladies are just ruining things there. I left, never turned back, went somewhere else. I spent over $3000 on my new tires. I gave my money and business to someone that truly cared and respected their work. Showed respect, were very friendly and answered all my queries. I don't recommend OK tires to anyone.

Number One in helping me out during what might have been a disastrous situation. Because of my emergency they dropped everything and got me back on the road in jig time. The price of repair was more than reasonable, and did I mention the got me back on the road in jig time.
