When I first met Steve Munro I thought he was a good guy. Being a contractor I needed a reliable drywaller. Steve is anything but reliable. I used him for 2 jobs, both were disastrous. The work was shoddy, it took forever to complete, the jobs were left a mess, one of them being a renovated church where they mixed drywall compound directly on top of the original hardwood flooring. They don’t clean up after themselves, the painting was only 1 coat but billed for two and Steve tried to extort more money by dealing directly with my clients in one case he threatened to put a lien on an elderly woman’s property. I would not recommend this company to drywall a tree fort.

I had a fence and deck that was damaged by fallen trees and needed them both replaced. I didn't think I'd find someone to do this during these times but I found Munro's and am happy with the results. They came in within my budget, did the work in a timely manner and were easy to work with. I will use them for future projects.

Absolutely amazing person who is knowledgable, professional, and helpful beyond expectations, we truly would be way over budget and completion time on our huge renovation has it not been for his help. The owner was there to make sure everything was going according to plan, and even came in himself with drywall that he installed on the weekend in a part of the house that had to be ready for cabinet installers the next day, even though that part of the house was not in our contract, saving us time, money, and stress. Will definitely be getting Munro's again.

I made the mistake of using Munro's drywall to finish a basement apartment. Steve never completed the job then demanded payment. Instead of finishing the job like a professional, he told the owner of the house how easy it was to finish himself. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

What a great bunch of people. Right from my first phone call with Kim to set up an appointment to have someone come out to speak with us and prepare a quote. Casey arrived right on time and was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Travis our drywall guy is a master of his trade. He was always making sure that everything was perfect and returned until he felt the job was perfect. Codie finished up with the primer and again, Three Cheers. Steve has a great crew here and they work till the job is done. Thanks again to Kim for all your help setting up the times and phone calls. I had the terrible misfortune of dealing with this individual. Hired him for a job in my property and all I can say is DO NEVER HIRE THIS PERSON. He’s nothing but unreliable and has made his business by taking advantage of people. He does not perform the job properly, he uses a lot of subcontractors. The rest of his time he spends taking former clients to court after they fire him for doing a poor job, which I have witnessed as I am a victim of this horrific human being. Taking retirees to court and demanding large sums of payments for things he did not perform properly. Or in my case did not even perform and is asking to be paid. Do yourself a favour and avoid the unpleasant and rather disturbing experience.
