My wife and I shopped floors for our new house for 2 years. We chose 10" white oak from Garylord. The floors are spectacular. Tough, easy to clean, not too shiny and absolutely beautiful. I have 3 big dogs and 2 kids - so far these floors are bulletproof. I highly recommend you compare any product to what Gaylord can do.

I have bought hardwood at Auctions, bought from other Ontario flooring Manufacturers, bought Big Box Bargains and imported Chinese deals. This Company is by far the best there is. I went to their Tweed showroom where I learned a plethora about hardwood flooring. My wife and I had a miliion questions, each answer was given with patience. We took four samples ($20.00 each) .My wife and Keri (Designing Durham) called Cooper several times to get thei question answered. We ordered over 4000 sq/ft of maple engineered stock.and the matching heat registers. Gaylord gave us credit for the samples and gave us a gallon stain so we could match out maple stairs. The flooring was delivered and allowed to climatize for a week. We decided to use Gaylords installers.(BEST MOVE EVER!!!!) i HAD BOARDS UP TO 16 FEET LONG. .They used a ton of staples /cleats to hold down the planks. I have no sqeaks. They took their time to make the installation right. A builder / developer friend watch the install and said"most professional install job he has seen in years" WATCH ALL THE VIDEOS. There is a reason why you invest more , The product is great, the people are great, the install was great, GAYLORD IS GREAT NEIL CLARK OSHAWA

We've had our floors for 10 years and they look like the day they were installed. We travelled to Tweed to see the showroom before buying. The showroom is large and well designed - all of their regular and specialty flooring in context and with regular indoor lighting. The service there was great. The installation team was efficient and professional. They took the time to explain proper care and cleaning, and dispel some wood floor myths. New visitors to the house always ask about the floor, it looks fantastic.

Lew's team is so helpful. Originally I was after a certain combinaton of products. They could only supply half and recommended me to another supplier. I bought from the other supplier but came back for other products that the other supplier didn't carry. Although the majority of the spend was with the other supplier, they were more than delighted to help with all the other components I needed. Don't miss their custom vents when you go into their showroom, which is one of the other things I didn't know was there as they're buried as part of the flooring they sell. Beautifully customized removable vents to fit anything your projects might need. I needed an access means adjacent to each window in a building for IOT lighting tech. These hardwood access coverings will match the red and white oak flooring and I can mix the face plates to go with the mix in the floor. Amanda, Paul, Kelsey and Lew, you guys and gals rock!

We purchased the 8" Live Sawn Wide Plank White Oak floors for our new custom home. From our first inquiry, during which they sent extra samples and called to follow up, through installation and our questions about caring for our new floors, we truly could not be more pleased! Their product is amazing and their staff are knowledgable and helpful! Our dogs are having the best time playing fetch without scratching it; we are enjoying how beautiful it is, how little upkeep is required and the many compliments we have gotten on it! Don't go elsewhere - this is a company with an incredible product and the service to match!

Our sales lady was Kelsey. Kelsey was very knowable and friendly. With her help we were able to select a flooring that suited our needs. From start to finish there were no issues. The renovation was completed and we are very happy.
