Oh dear God, I wouldn't let them clean up a dog house. When you call a company for a septic flood and no one has the foggiest idea what the protocols are, run away. From the project manager right down to the on site crew, they had no idea what to do. Let's leave the MDF soaked in feces, staff with no ppe, let's not even bother to contain the area. To make it worse, the PM tries to justify their lack of workmanship saying "this is how we do it". A mop and bucket and a jug of benefact and we can call it a day. Dont bother calling them back to fix it, they dont get any brighter the second time around. If you think I am kidding, send me a note and I will share the pics.

This company is nothing but thieves and criminals that pray on people that have a disaster in there home thay were to give back a lot of things to us but kept them for there home so please if you would like any of your stuff back do NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I had a negative experience with the original company who were first sent in for demolition. after switching to FOS I felt that everything was managed well. They listened and responded to our needs and requests. they provided answers quickly if we had questions. The work that was completed was exceptional. They dealt with the insurance company and advocated when they felt something additional was required. FOS was extremely respectful of the stress we experienced and always worked as quietly and independently as possible and maintained a schedule that we could depend on. When i contacted them with a couple of things which needed follow up, they were here quickly and resolved the issues. I can't even think of one negative thing to say about our experience with First On Site. I would highly recommend this company.
