I was very excited to buy furniture from Chalk Therapy, as I have walked around the store a number of times and have been keeping an eye on their pages. I found two pieces that I loved online, and sent an email two weeks ago asking for final pricing and delivery details. I got one email response stating a price, to which I responded the same night confirming that I was interested, and never heard back. I sent 3 additional emails within 2 weeks, and no one got back to me. Still no response. In the meantime, the piece I had specifically been asking about was sold. I am extremely disappointed in the service provided.

Can't say enough good things! I have attended multiple Chalk Therapy workshops so far and always leave with pieces that are beyond my expectations! Tara has walked me through multiple home improvement projects and always has the right products and know how to make me feel confident once I get started. Tara also found us the perfect night stands and antique dining table and customized them to look amazing in our space at a fraction of the cost of buying new! So glad a store like this exists so close to home.
