After a 250km atv trip my machine started started shaking itself apart. I limped off the Madawaska Trail into Barry's Bay Home Hardware 10 minutes before close in need of help. The young woman who helped me took one look at the bolt I had left, found better replacement bolts and the loc-tite that the trail demanded. Thanks to her helpful, expert advice the rest of the trip went smoothly. A great place for knowledgeable staff and professional service!

Hit and miss as far as customer service goes. Some amazing and friendly and some just don't seem to like their job at all. The garden center is certainly fantastic! Lumber quality is mediocre at best. Decent pricing on most items. Selection varies.
